The young man behind the counter! Superb, (Alex i believe) a people person, knew how to talk and interact with adults. I haven’t seen much of this lately. He looked you in the eyes, spoke w enthusiasm, truly I was impressed. I think this young man is going places. Lol (I was a teacher for 33 yrs, ive seen my share of this type, it’s a good thing). His parents should be proud.

Let me start from saying your employees should be trained more proper way not to be leaning towards our window when taking the orders. Your employee was leaning to my window like if you knew me over your family and that’s not appropriate. Will never go back to this location ever again I order a grill spicy salad and they gave me not even my full piece of chicken for my salad. Y’all need to get it together cuz I paid full price and it wasn’t worth it at all.

Used to love this place. Now every time I go something is left out of my order. Last 5 times I’ve ordered they either forgot my creamer for my coffee or the salsa for my burrito. Last burrito didn’t even have cheese in it. Very frustrating. This is my only pregnancy craving.

Today January 25, 2025 I went through the drive-through and met an exceptional young man named Taylor @ 2:06 pm. He reminded me of someone that used to work here named Isaiah Tucker also an exceptional young man and employee! You’ve got a gem with Taylor. He was kind knowledgeable, very friendly and seemed to really enjoy his job.
At the window, my food was given to me by young lady by the name of Hollee. I asked her if I could add an ice cream cone to my order without hesitation she said yes ma’am, and in a flash I was on my way. She was also very sweet very kind very pleasant. Please please, please take care of your good employees!

These chik fila employees were very rude. And I called to tell a manager about a young lady rolling her eyes at me in drive through while she took my cash and the manager cut me off when I was speaking. Will not be visiting here ever again!!!!!

The internet says they have a playground, but they don’t. They made me play this game thinking they did. It’s a shame they don’t have the updated version that’s actually there. There should be fewer stars; that’s what they deserve.
