I want to start by saying that I always like to go into the store when I’ve received the notification on my app that my order is ready. I went to pick up my order at this location, and this girl was in the food pickup area. I asked her about my order, and she said, “Give me two seconds,” because she was laughing and flirting with a customer. She stayed there for another eight minutes, ignoring me, while my order was getting cold, and she didn’t care. I asked another employee, and she didn’t even know if my order was complete because that wasn’t her area, and I don’t blame her. She went and asked the same girl I had already asked, and she said the same thing: “Give me two seconds.” Apparently, for her, each second is made up of ten minutes. In the end, the employee asked someone else, and they confirmed that everything was complete in my order. Obviously, the girl in charge of pickup was the one who was still busy flirting with that customer until I left. She stayed there doing the same thing. Teach this girl how to be professional and behave, and if she wants to flirt is fine but she can do it on her day off.

i love Chick-fil-A because it’s my favorite place to eat even though the food is really delicious I love having a great time I love the sandwiches nuggets drinks fries and much more to add on the team was so grateful enough to know how much care I want in my food and how they made it.

Excellent service! The staff at Chick-fil-A Cinco Ranch went above and beyond — my son accidentally left something there, and they kept it safe and returned it to us right away. We used to come to this location with my son every Friday after school & we loved it. Recently we stopped by again but for some reason the chicken tastes different than other locations. My husband had told me to not get him food from this location for that reason but I honestly didn’t believe him. Now, that I have tasted the difference I believe him. I don’t know why, it’s very odd but will not be coming back.

Very disappointed with this location’s consistency in failing to properly make mobile orders. From not giving the proper sauces to totally changing the salad toppings. There’s no pleasure in getting back to work only to realize you’ve been duped once again with your food. I will no longer be visiting this Chic Fil A for my weekly lunch needs. I guess quality assurance is only reserved for dine in guests

This location in particular is the worst! I’ve had several issues over the last couple years I’ve been coming to this location. I’ll never come back to this location after today. I’d rather drive the extra 20 min to the Morton or Mason location than come here. They either forget your condiments or straws or if they manage to get that then they mess up your order completely. Today they gave me straws, condiments and my order was correct so I thought everything was good until I took a bite into my chicken and had this gelatinous stringy brown stuff all through the chicken. Not to mention the tortilla strips bag had some gross black stuff on it and the bag was opened! Worst chick- fil-a location I’ve ever been to.

Never have I ever experienced a subpar Chick Fil A, until this location… only stopped through a handful of times because of the shared parking lot with Target. Every visit there’s an issue. Today picked up my remake order from a few days ago, when they forgot to put my nuggets in my bag for my 8 Count meal… drove all the way back today, because they could not refund me… took multiple people to find the notes to provide me with my “remake” order… remake order still wrong.

I ordered an 8-piece nugget, and only a box of 5 arrived. The order was to-go, so I had to go back to file a complaint. I only had an hour to eat, and I wasted all my time.

I asked for just a bowl so I can mix my Mac and cheese and grilled chicken just a simple empty bowl that was larger than the one that the chicken and Mac n cheese is in and for some odd reason, they were persistent on not giving the bowls. Is there something going on? Is there some type of weird bowl shortage at Chick-fil-a I wasn’t aware of? I get it if this was food or order involved but it’s just a silly bowl that they soured my experience with. Big disappointment!
