This Chick-fil-A (CfA) is quite good. I’ve been going there at First Colony Mall for several years now. It never fails to amaze me just how popular this CfA is! I suspect the prices might be higher than they are outside the Mall, but the workers inside more than compensate. Though a lot of employees seem to cycle through, some others seem more permanent. No matter how crowded this CfA can get, the employees seem to keep their cool quite well. I do wish the condiments & straws table was back, but other than that, I would change nothing else!

This is the second time that they are messing with my order. The first time, I went through the drive through and I ordered sprite for both myself and my boy and I got water instead and today, my sandwich is missing. I don’t know why they do this. I have being calling their number and no one is picking up. I am coming tomorrow to get my sandwich and I will be coming with the receipt. I see no reason why I will pay for my food and it is not complete.

It isn’t ethical to hand a customer fries that look as though they were cooked in OLD oil and left out for awhile until someone decided to grab them to hand them to someone- ESPECIALLY when I specifically asked for FRESHER FRIES!
I’m not sure if that was intentional, but I now know to make sure I CHECK the bag before I leave.
I noticed that he had the bad folded when they don’t normally fold the bag.
This location also NEVER answers their phone. Pitiful place of business.
Beware of careless workers. They even look as though they don’t give two craps about their job when you look at them.

So I haven’t been in none of these establishments in years I stopped by to get a drink I ordered a Large Dr.Pepper and asked for two large cups of ice I stead of the executive director saying we don’t do that he proceeds with the order as of I asked for small cups I would’ve hope he said no we cant do that but he goes on with my order and I said just cancel the order if I cant get what I want I dont want anything It’s crazy y’all foolishness still exist after all these years That God I gave up on this place 6 years ago.. This Chick fil a is consistently very busy. I typically order from the app while in a different place in the mall so it is ready when I arrive. Be prepared to wait in a medium to long line to place your order, if you don’t use the app.
With that being said, the food is worth the wait. The staff are friendly and the space is pretty clean for the amount of traffic it gets. Will stop back by when on a mall trip.

Will never get Chick-fil-A at the mall again. Allergic to wheat so ordered grilled nuggets and they were so bad I fed them to my dog. And 20 people were served AFTER we ordered. Ridiculous

It’s pretty good for a Chick-fil-A inside First Colony Mall. The employees are kind and efficient. There’s plenty of indoor seating since it’s a food court. I like their chicken sandwiches the most!

Convenient location but the shake didn’t taste as good as I’ve had from other locations. Still a better option than elsewhere in the mall
