Note that this is the location inside the First Colony mall food court, NOT the nearby Hwy 6 location that so many reviews here confuse it for. There is no in restaurant dining and no drive-thru.

The staffs are always nice and friendly but the food here is not made well. The cook should learn how to fry chicken. Sometimes they overcook the chicken and it taste very dry. I am not sure if they are refrying the old chicken. My biggest problem here is getting old stale food from this chik fila. The chicken is old and heated up while the fries are stale. The chicken soup i usually order is watery and does not have a thick consistency like it usually does. Food is always made fast so you will not be waiting long. I have never seen the manager here so they are definitely not doing their job correctly. Considering I pay around $12-15 for one meal is not cheap. Money is money and if you are going to keep serving people old food, it’s going to be a huge problem.

It’s pretty good for a Chick-fil-A inside First Colony Mall. The employees are kind and efficient. There’s plenty of indoor seating since it’s a food court. I like their chicken sandwiches the most!
