EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE!!!

This has been the worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. I arrived around 1:25 PM, and by 1:55 PM I still hadn’t received some of my food. I ended up leaving without my full order because my daughter had to get to work, and even then she was still five minutes late. To make things worse, my drink cup had a small leak and spilled in my car. Extremely disappointing and not what I expect from Chick-fil-A.

I made a purchase here, and when I got back home to eat, I saw that my nuggets were raw on the inside. When I called back to see if I could come back or get a refund, I was told no, and they can’t do anything about it. So far, my worst experience at a Chick-fil-A.

The wait time are insane I should not be waiting 60 minutes for a lemonade , there was metal in my food I felt like I bit into a retainer, and hash browns are too crunchy , my orders always wrong and there’s no customer service/curtesy and they are never hiring

Don’t want to give a negative review per se, but this comes up as a Chick-fil-A off the highway, and we were starving on a road trip… and it’s inside the university. No one’s fault, just wanted to give a heads up for other traveling folks!

Always super knowledgeable and caring team members! They always go above and beyond and I sure do appreciate them ALLWAYS making my orders correctly and super quick! Especially, the Manager in training, Ms. Kim Pham! She is awesome! Keep up the great work!

You have to actively plan out the time that you’re trying to go because if you trying to go during lunch hour rush it will be pretty packed. Also it is located inside of the memorial student center on the campus of Prairieview A&M university.

My son visited the campus with his coach and other boys to watch the basketball team practice. They bought food here and all woke up with stomach pain. They got food poisoning from this Chick-fil-A. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD

This is NOT a full restaurant. It is in the cafeteria at A&M Prairie View. The only parking is the few visitor parking spaces. The food available are chicken sandwiches, spicy chicken sandwiches, nuggets and fries.
