I want to start by saying the customer service at this location is always amazing. The team is sweet, positive, and energetic, and they consistently make the experience feel welcoming.
I’m sharing this as feedback for management. Over my last few visits, the salads have not been the same. The lettuce has been brown, the bacon undercooked, and the dressing warm. I did reach out previously and was kindly given a reward for another salad, but unfortunately I had the same experience again.
I’m not looking for anything in return. I just wanted to bring awareness to the freshness and overall quality because this location truly excels in customer service and I know the food can match that same level.

I’m really frustrated with this Chick-fil-A. I come here because it’s the closest and fastest “healthier” option near my job, but most of the time my order is wrong. I’d honestly say around 70% of my visits have an issue.
I’ve talked to management and was told it’s because a lot of people are new, but that doesn’t fix the fact that this keeps happening. Today they messed up my order again and didn’t really do anything to make it right. For the prices they charge, this level of inconsistency isn’t okay.

Really disappointed with my experience tonight, I had to go back because they gave me the wrong order which was an inconvenience and then I get home and find that they served me rotten moldy kale salad, It is so old that it kinda smells fermented. This is a health hazard so glad I did not consume it…
