Great location. Great service, with a smile and pleasant attitude as well. The food, great as always. Spicy chicken with pepper jack cheese sandwich and fries are my go to. Many choices in sauce for dipping. Specialty drinks or regular soda fountain drinks are available as well. The dining room is large and decor is welcoming, homey, both. Plenty of high chairs for the little ones. Great spot to eat.

I just wish for a $10-$12 fast food meal, the chicken part of the chicken sandwich would at least have… chicken… in every bite. I’ve received a few “bread” sandwiches that include chicken in every-ish bite at… chick…fil…a…?

service is ALWAYs excellent. BUTTT they need better cooks… those chicken nuggets are always barely battered, and damn near give u half a chicken , I just want normal size chicken bites that are cooked to Chick-fil-A way.. when u think of Chick-fil-A nuggets , their dark in color and have a crunchy outer. This location doesn’t , very very light layer of batter and I have to pick out the crunchy ones. Only have this issue at this location. Also wanna note , how this is the only Chick-fil-A I see that is always empty. McDonalds always has a better crowd, and I think that’s very telling.

Service was not good. Did nkt get half the things we asked for. Could we have went back and got it yes, but that is not the point. If I paid money for someone especially if it’s suppose to come with the meal then it should be in my bag. It would be more understandable if they were busy not hardly anyone was there. I have never had such a bad experience in my life.
My chicke tasted good though. Recommend the peppermint drink.

Since I cant leave a review with chick-fil-a directly im forced to leave a review here. Missing all sauces from order. And over time the customer service has really gone down. The employees look and sound like they hate their jobs. They say my pleasure but its jot been a pleasure. They dont smile when you’re smiling at them and some of the girls give off a mean girl vibe. Ive had better experiences at other locations and it would be sad to jot get to order from my local location due to service.

I always enjoy going to chick-fil-a with the whole family. The place is clean, classy, and has the friendliest staff, no matter the location. I will always pick this restaurant over any other when the opportunity presents itself. I highly recommend it.

I love that they have little buckets you can pick up to play with your kids. Help keeps parents off their phone and engaged with what matters. Played tic-tac-toe and checkers. Food was good as always.

The atmosphere today was very uncomfortable. After I asked for a moment before placing my order, a worker named Angie was speaking to a trainee in a way that didn’t feel respectful, and it made the environment tense. The trainee seemed new and very nice, so the situation felt even more unnecessary.
When my order came out, my fries had salt on them even though I specifically asked for no salt. When I brought it up, Angie went back and forth with me insisting they didn’t have salt, which felt unprofessional. This Chick-fil-a location is the first to be built in this city and is the closest to many who are fans, so I was highly disappointed with the customer service I received today.
