I rarely leave a review on a restaurant and Chick Fil A is my absolute favorite place, if I’m in Huntsville around meal time, I’m getting chick fil a… But the last 4 times we’ve gone through the drive thru our order was wrong, we live 35 minutes away so we leave the bag all tight until we get home.. now we’ll have to sit and check the order before we pull away because grilled nuggets aren’t mac-n-cheese, and unsweetened tea is not sweet tea

Somewhat hit or miss. Once, it took over 20 minutes just to get a single frosted lemonade, but orders usually get made relatively fast.

Chick-fil-a is my very favorite spot to go eat because the service is always very friendly and the food is very good, however, this trip was quite the opposite of that. The service seemed lazy and at best apathetic. Their workspace looked very messy and the service was slow. They are only giving you 2 sauces max and theres no budging with that. The lemonade that they gave me was filled with seeds at the bottom of the drink (i am not a fan of chewing on lemon seeds whilst drinking my lemonade), however, they switched it out when i requested it without seeds! You are not able to order carry out from the app, or use your chick-fil-a card off the app at all! And you cannot redeem rewards from this location, having the app is pretty much useless at this location. Ordering from this chick-fil-a definitely left me feeling like this was a poorly managed and lower quality chick-fil-a than any other ones I have been to. It really is a shame but ill be ordering my chick-fil-a from another place other than this location from now on. I hope i will be able to delete this review when i hear of improved quality. Thanks.

Worst location ever visited. Placed a mobile order for breakfast. Was in the drive thru line at 10:25 waiting behind 2 cars that were chatting with employees. Finally got to the person at the menu where the order was confirmed. Got to the window, was handed drinks then was told they no longer have breakfast so we would have to order lunch instead. Why did we get that far to be turned down when it was their fault? Won’t be coming back to this joke of an establishment. Raising Cane’s all the way!

I am a big fan of Chick-fil-A but this is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. People work here are just playing with their phones and don’t care about their customers. I just asked for one more sauce and they refused to give it to me. Can’t believe this happens at a Chick-fil-A. This location should be shut down.

I’ve tried this chick fil a twice. The first time they got my order wrong and the second time they ran out of chicken nuggets by 2:30pm. Instead of trying to make the order right and customer service friendly, they just try to put whatever in together and in a bag and get the customers out. Some cashiers will take names and some won’t do orders get lost and some never go out. Sandwich and fries were burnt and smushed. Would much rather drive 30 minutes to Conroe to eat at the chick fil a there.

Got a cold sandwich. Not a huge deal. Asked to have it heated or warmed up, and watched the entire kitchen roll thier eyes at the poor front desk helper. Got my new, warm sandwich which was missing bacon. Manager looks down at the sandwich and says “there are three pieces, staring directly at the two pieces of bacon. (Suspiciously tiny..) Morning shift, Tuesday, first week of March: kitchen has a moral and customer service problem. You shouldn’t treat employees or customers that way.

Based on this visit only on October 16, 2019 at the Nacogdoces, Tx location. I ordered a 12 piece nugget and never from any other chick fil a have i had chicken so darn hard and dry it cant be eaten. Too bad i drove off without checking it but there is typically never a problem so didn’t think to.
