Ordered my breakfast for me and my 3 year old at 9:50 in curbside. Arrive 10 minutes later at 10. By 10:20 here comes the lady with my order because I can see my coffee in the plastic tub walking to the other side of the parking lot. Promptly get my meal and open it up to find my daughter’s chicken minis a greasy undercooked mess. I give her what I can cuz she’s hungry. I open my sandwich and it’s the same. Then I try my peppermint iced coffee I paid a premium for and all I taste is peppermint that makes me gag. Very disappointed

Ordered catered breakfast for highschool softball organization 3 times. Every time we put in the order for just chicken biscuits. The 1st time they did not give us the correct number of biscuits. We did not have enough. The 2nd time they put in the WRONG DAY, so when went in to pick up, nothing was read and we had to sit and wait for 30 minutes. And we were late to our game. The 3rd time we put in the order for 8am, we got there at 8:15 the order was not ready until 8:40. I spoke with the manager Dominic, told her of all 3 accounts. And she offered a discount on our next catering order. Why would we continue to order again. It’s unacceptable for 3 times in a row, you don’t get it right.

Chick-fil-a always sets the standards of quality, service, and cleanliness I any every town and this location is no exception. This particular visit here me and friend where running a tad bit late to a night of worship at a church in Conroe and stoped by to get the number 2 better known as the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. You need to get this it will change your life!
This place is clean, has fast and accurate service, but most important the service is friendly. I would definitely come here again when in Conroe.

The hardest name of a chain, the simplest in all of them!
So simple.
Outstanding place to eat in, bring the family, wheelchair perfecto friendly.
Restrooms, table service help.
Amazing staff, outstanding drive through service.
Kids playground.
Amazing food, and between high and moderate pricing.

No outside trash cans near the drive through, refused to throw their own drink cup away in the drive through, forcing customers to stop in the middle of the exit to get out and throw away trash inside. It’s as if they want you to litter. Do better Chick Fil A.

Always my pleasure to get a quick bite from chick-fil-a… As usual, the lines were long, but that store is ALWAYS on point when it comes quality and speedy of service. Usually places have to sacrifice speed for quality or quality for speed. Not here. You get both.

Two mornings in a row and that breakfast biscuit meal was banging! Flaky, buttery, and perfectly balanced with that classic Chick-fil-A flavor. Service? Impeccable. Smiles? Always genuine. Sometimes the simplest mornings become the most memorable when good food and great energy meet.

While ordering ice cream at the counter, my young son was standing behind me holding onto the handrail. He slipped, fell, and hit his head on the floor, resulting in a cut to his eyebrow that began bleeding immediately. The cashier witnessed the incident and clearly saw my son bleeding.
I took my son to the restroom to tend to the wound while he was crying and bleeding. During this time, no employee offered assistance, first aid, wound cleaning supplies, or even checked on his condition.
After returning to the counter, I informed another associate that my son had fallen and that there was blood on the floor. The associate acknowledged this and said someone would come to clean it. I then stood there for approximately 7–10 minutes. No one came to clean the area, and no one asked if my child was okay.
The lack of response, concern, and basic empathy was extremely disappointing. In a situation involving a child injury and visible blood, I would have expected at minimum a welfare check, basic assistance, or managerial involvement. Instead, the response felt cold, dismissive, and negligent.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so staff can be better trained to respond appropriately and compassionately in emergencies involving customers—especially children.

Will NEVER go back to this location! I was in the drive thru and scanned my points for a free Cobb salad and a girl by the name of Destiny was the one to take my order she said her device turned off and I would have to pay at the window when I got to the window I told them and they said they could not find my order even though my free salad point was used and gone I proceeded to tell them the girl scanned it and to ask her so she can confirm she scanned it since it was no longer on my app due to being scanned. DESTINY PROCEEDED TO LIE TO THE MANAGER OR WHOEVER HE IS AND STATE SHE NEVER TOOK MY ORDER OR SCANNED MY POINTS. THEY KEPT REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY FOOD EVEN THOUGH THEY TOOK MY POINTS FROM ME AND SHE DROPPED HER IPAD DEVICE ON MY CAR! This is ridiculous I would never ever attend this location again! Because how can you lie and say you never took my order and didn’t scan my points but they were now missing out of my account because she SCANNED IT ! They also gave me brown lettuce in my salad !
