I had a frustrating experience using the drive-thru with a mobile order. I ordered two root beer floats and scanned my QR code, then waited in line for about 15 minutes total. About 8 of those minutes were spent at the very front of the line while cars behind me were being served first. Because I was sitting at the very front of the line, I could see my drinks were already made and sitting inside… but no one brought them out. After waiting 8 minutes at the front of the line and having 8 cars behind me serviced, someone finally asked for my name and said, “Oh, are you just waiting on two drinks?” & immediately grabbed the two floats that had been sitting there the entire time. The problem was not that my order took a long time to make because my order was ready and waiting. The issue was the lack of organization in the drive-thru. By the time I got home, the ice cream was mostly melted, which would have been avoided if they had handed it to me when it was ready. I also left feedback and received a response that felt automated and not very genuine. There was no real explanation or reassurance that this would be fixed. I usually expect better from Chick-fil-A, so this was disappointing. I hope they work on making their drive-thru more efficient.

Not sure how much the owners care about this but if you enjoy being the go-to at this destination; I would recommend you getting different management who are able to explain things to your customers in a respectful manner.

On Friday, 17 Oct I came to CFA & ordered a combo but didn’t want to pay extra for a lemonade or orange juice so I asked the cashier what comes with it & ordered a water. The water is tap. I thought it would be bottled so I get to pick up & try to ask for whatever beverage comes with the breakfast combo & was informed that there are NO drinks included with the combo & that you MUST pay extra.

Maria, the manager, was extraordinarily rude. Refused to explain in a way that made sense and made a huge stink at the drive-through about canceling my order to take another & telling me that she would have to up charge for the drink.

1. What’s the point of a combo if there are no beverages included?
2. I thought people who worked at Chick fil an are supposed to be nice… kind. Friendly? It’s not even 8 & she was so rude!

I considered franchising one a few years ago but if this is the kind of talent you have to rely on to work with your customers, I’ll pass. Just thought I’d bring this to the attention of anyone who cares.

I’ve never eaten at a Chick-fil-A and still haven’t after my visit. Chick-fil-A ran a promotion that required ordering through the app so I downloaded the app before stopping by and didn’t see the promo. Stopped by the closest location and attempted to see if they could figure out why their own special offer wasn’t available on their app…none of the staff or management could (or wanted to) help, so I left. They were really busy so I’m sure they have a fantastic product but idk, I didn’t get the opportunity to place an order because the app is unreliable. I am able to post up some images including the promo that was probably corporates’ way to get folks to download a useless app offering a fake promotion. Time to delete!

Usually I come here and the service is always exceptional, but today I had a large order and was told I couldn’t have a plastic bag even though I could see the store had them available I was told they don’t provide plastic bags so it was very confusing if they are not for the customers then I’m not sure what else they could be used for. Just seems like the person handling the front was being unpleasant something I am not used to at any Chick-fil-A who’s staff is always polite at every location I’ve ever been to.

I want to take a moment to recognize Charlotte, the manager at this Chick-fil-A, for providing the best customer experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant.

When I called in a large order to feed over 60 people, Charlotte went above and beyond from start to finish. She was cheerful, professional, and incredibly detailed walking me through recommendations to make sure our group had the best possible experience. Her organization and care made what could have been a stressful task completely seamless.

When I arrived, the entire team greeted me as if I were family! A true reflection of Charlotte’s leadership. It’s clear that she leads by example, creating a culture of kindness, teamwork, and excellence that radiates throughout her staff.

I tried to complete the guest survey to share my gratitude, but unfortunately, the time window had expired.

Charlotte, THANK YOU for your dedication, hospitality, and leadership. You’re a true asset to Chick-fil-A, and I hope your company recognizes how exceptional you are. This experience reminded me why Chick-fil-A continues to set the standard for outstanding service.

Went through the drive-thru this morning. The person taking the order through the speaker wasn’t pleasant at all, repeated my order back wrong (I asked for 4 honeys) so I politely repeated the request for 4 honeys. Get to work and open the bag….no honey at all. And the kicker is that the sticker on the bag says 1 honey. Also, 2 of the nuggets in the chicken minis looked like one nugget that had been split in half for each biscuit and most of the hashbrowns were soggy. This used to be a fantastic location, but obviously quality control and customer service has gone downhill.

I went in store to redeem my birthday treat from cfa app and was told it’s only for a cookie or brownie. So I said never mind I wanted ice cream and good thing Tracie J was around and let me know I could get any dessert off the menu. It’s important that employees give correct info since they are known for customer service or at least check if unsure! THANK YOU TRACIE

Huge location! Yet, I went to order, waited no time at all (literally) got a sign to put at my table and the server was coming with my order at the same time as I got to the table. Wow! Service here is amazing. They had staff going around the restaurant asking everybody if all was ok or they needed help. This was all the time, really amazing. All were very friendly too.

I had the classic chicken sandwich combo, as simple, yet delicious as they come. Never had an issue with that! Plenty of condiments readily available too. Will definetly be coming back to this location soon.
