I just order a spicy chiken no pickles add American cheese with 12 nuggets meals large and I got instead a regular chicken sandwich not spicy with pickles and no American cheese. Please let me know how I can request a refund. I’m too far away to come back. I tied calling your store but no luck at all.

the cashier who took my order told me they would call my name when my food was ready. i went to sit down at a table near the counter while i waited, it seemed to be taking a little while but i figured they were just busy. then i saw people who had come in after me receiving their food, at this point 15 minutes had passed so i went up to the counter to ask about my food. well i guess my order had been up there the whole time just getting cold and gross. nobody ever called my name. i purposefully sat near the counter and even waited to use the restroom so i could listen for my name. very disappointing.

Every morning I stop at store 1037 before going to work and if I don’t make it before going in, I go after I get off around five. After ordering my food this morning, I asked Miss Andrea if I could have a cupholder for the 2 cups of water that I ordered with my order and she stated that she couldn’t give me a cupholder because I had ordered water and they didn’t give cupholders for cups of water. I was a tad bit confused because I ordered something to eat. I don’t drink anything with sugar only water. She then stated that she’s not allowed to give me 2 cups of water only one cup of water and I told her I come to this location every day and I never have these problems. I don’t mind paying for the water or the cup of ice because that’s actually what I’m paying for the cup of ice. She said that’s what the managers told her so she’s just telling me and I had to let her know that I walk so, therefore, it would be too much for me to try to hold 2 cups of water along with the bags that I was already carrying I asked for her to get a manager, and she turned around and started talking to a woman she looks as if she’s of Some Chinese descent I could be wrong, but she was wearing glasses and I think a pinkish red shirt with glasses. She went to the manager and told the manager that I wanted a cupholder and it seemed as if the manager got an attitude during their communication so I just requested my money back because I didn’t understand how I act of kindness which would be giving me a cupholder for me to hold my drinks would escalate to something unnecessary. The manager, she was speaking with then told another person to assist me and the person who assisted me was a woman who was wearing a black and gray vest with writing on it, glasses, and a ponytail. She helps me every morning and she is so sweet. I’m unsure of her name, but she walked up and I told her what was going on and she politely turned around and grabbed a cupholder and asked me you just want a cupholder? I thanked her for her service because regardless of the type of drinks that I have if I’m making a purchase, I should be able to access any type of accessory that the store has to offer for customers. The use of a cupholder is to transport drinks and make it easier for me. The type of drink I have for the cupholder shouldn’t matter nor have I read that in Chick-fil-A policy. I will not be returning here. I’m a manager at my company as well, and I treat customers with the upmost respect, and teach my team the same way. People pick and choose their battles good vs bad. Nice vs mean. The customer service needs to be evaluated. Not to mention the hashbrowns were very cold and hard. The energy they give doing stuff wrong they should be putting into serving fresh food, and great customer service.

So this was my first time back since it reopened. I ordered a spicy deluxe no bun extra lettuce. Here’s the issue they didn’t give me my extra lettuce like I paid for and on top of that they put it in the wrong container which made the box, bag, and my car seat soggy of pickle & tomato juice. Anytime I go to Chick-fil-A I get the same thing everywhere I go and they all except for this location put the “lettuce wrapped sandwich” in a side bowl or salad container with extra lettuce instead of the bun. The way that they reconfigured this location is tragic. There’s 3 different parking areas away from the packed gym. A lot of people kept driving into the smaller parking area thinking it was the drive-thru. It’s just really confusing for no reason. I’ve only noticed this because I had to wait for my order to be ready in the parking lot instead of the drive-thru, which is perfectly fine if everything was done correctly. Hopefully, they’ll do better with their service but I won’t be back there again.

Can y’all please make it more obvious which lane is the mobile thru?? I’m tired of being stuck behind people in the wrong lane waiting to get their order taken. I literally received my food but the person in front of me is ordering from someone in the mobile thru! I don’t want to wait behind someone ordering in person in the mobile thru! Tell them to go back around or something. That’s bull crap! It’s supposed to be fast!

I paid $15 for a meal (a 12 count nugget and 2 side salads kale salads since they don’t have it as an entree) and I asked for a bigger container to combine both my salads and they tried to charge me for it. Paying$15 FOR A SALAD FROM CHICKFILA IS ABSURD AND YOURE TRYING TO CHARGE ME MORE TO MAKE AN ACTUAL ENTREE SALAD. THIS LOCATION SUCKS AND THE MANAGER AT THE FRONT NEEDS AN ATTITUDE CHANGE.

I normally get drive through but I ate inside today. Love the new look- very welcoming. Marcus was the inside attendant and he was SO nice and attentive and helped with my trash and got me a refill. He was checking in with everyone around, making conversation and a very kind soul. Everyone go see Marcus!

Same great Chick-fil-A service just a different location !! Girl that was taking our order was in training but no issues at all !! Manager was there to help her out and we were able to get through the line with no issues !! Food was hot and fresh and order was correct !! Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves Chick-fil-A !!!!

I went o the location at Meyer Park Center and order a side salad. I ask for 3 eggs to be added why they gave me 3 half of eggs meaning it came out to be 1 and a half egg and payed for the eggs $2.18 for 1egg and a half. Every time I go to this dame location it’s always something wrong with my food. I wish I could add the pictures I would. This is the worst location I have ever been to..
