I came today Jan 31st, with my whole family, and the staff was laughing instead of taking care of our order, we went like 6 times to ask for a lot of stuff they forgot, for example the chicken nuggets, drinks, silverware and everything. I didn’t felt welcomed and they were not even busy, it was a really bad experience at this Location, they made me feel like if I was at McDonald not a Chick-Fil-A.

Very disappointed. I ordered two of the 4-piece chicken strip meals, with a cherry berry lemonade & cherry berry coke. They asked if I wanted 1 or 2 chickfila sauces. I said 2, thinking it meant 2 per meal. Here’s what I received – both meals were correct, but only 2 sauces in total (to split among 8 strips), 1 straw, no ketchup, and a Diet Coke instead of the regular cherry berry Coke clearly listed on my order. Plus, the kicker, I said thank you when I was handed the bag, and the employee just continued with a conversation with a co-worker. No “my pleasure” or ” you’re welcome”.

Absolute dogwater of a restaurant. Not to get it confused with Chick-Fil-A. CFA is great, this spot is garbage. Time after time the staff gives the wrong orders and sometimes missing items.

If someone never went to a Chick-fil-A before and tried this one first they’d have a wrong impression of what most of them are like. Maybe not ever try them again. Where most Chick-fil-As have speedy, accurate service with a smile and the always pleasant “my pleasure,” this particular one has the vibe of a McDonald’s in a bad part of town. Employees that clearly don’t want to be there, items missing from orders, long wait times. All the traits opposite of what Chick-fil-A is usually known for. It’s on my way home from work and every now and then I’ll stop in and wonder why the lines are so short during dinner hours. These places usually have lines curving around the building. Then I get home to find my bag missing a sandwich and I understand why.

Order a chicken biscuit this morning and the chicken was small and soggy. The whole experience is gross. Sad to see Chick-fil-A fall off like this. Guess I’ll be getting breakfast elsewhere moving forward.

Everytime we order ice cream cones or milkshakes on curbside our order is just forgotten completely. We were waiting over 20 minutes for two milkshakes as we saw other people get their orders before us and they had come after us. This occurred before when we ordered two ice cream cones. My boyfriend went inside to tell the employees about it and as he tried to explain to one of the employees they just disregarded him and cut him off saying to have a good day. There has to be a better system in place so that this doesn’t keep occurring.

The pink lemonade I ordered for my grandson wasn’t so pink, nor did it taste like lemonade! One drink an he noticed it was bitter and there was this junk at the bottom his cup. Scratch this location off our list!

The employees that take the orders are very friendly but they need to improve the service speed. The slowest location and I experience it every time I come here. It takes forever for the lane to move and you to receive your food.

I don’t personally like this Chikfila, it lacks ethical and moral to some employees. I prefer the other location by Woodridge and 45 fwy. The other location provides better services to customers.
