The Chick-fil-A on E NASA Pkwy is the perfect pit stop near the Space Center. The service is incredibly fast and friendly, even when the drive-thru is packed. But the real highlight is the signature Chick-fil-A sauce, it is absolutely addictive! It makes the nuggets and waffle fries taste incredible. I honestly could drink the stuff. If you are visiting NASA, definitely grab a meal here. The food is always fresh and hot.

**Edit** (I saw the owners response and I have to say it is still just an absolute ridiculous hill to die on. We went to a different CFA today and they happily gave me my sunday and refused to let me pay extra for whipped cream. They’ll get our buisness from now on I suppose.)
I went here pregnant and I was craving a icecream bowl with whipped cream on top. I told the cashier I would pay for the whipped cream. She told me no and then the manager came out of the back and also told me they would not be doing that for me. Seems like a really small thing and I would have paid whatever they charged me. I felt like they were really dismissive. My whole family was going to eat here but after I was turned away we left and got dinner at a local resturant near by instead. Still kind of sad about my pregnancy craving :/

the lady taking my order at the drive through was rude and condescending. when she asked me what i wanted i said a chicken sandwich meal and she was like what drink do you what i said actually i don’t want a drink. she then was rude and sassy and goes “ so actually you don’t want a meal you want just a sandwich and fries” which is completely fine to say but the way she said it was just rude. on top of that i usually love there food but it was chewy and just not great today.

Staff on duty today were so friendly and attentive. I have never been offered a refill while still sitting. Today I was! Even received candy for my little one. This is the best chick fil a I have ever been to. Play area is very clean as well! Great job, chick fil a!!

This location was my go-to CFA but my experiences have been inconsistent. Nearly every visit, something is missed sauces, napkins, salad toppings and incorrect sizes of items. Orders are not repeated, and even with mobile ordering, I often feel rushed at the drive-thru window. On my most recent visit, I went inside to ask for missing sauces, and the bagged checked the screen to confirm I had ordered them. Which I had!! Due to the ongoing issues with service and order accuracy, I no longer enjoy visiting this location, as it does not meet the standards I expect from the CFA brand.

The past two times I’ve been here, my order has been wrong. The first time, I quickly ran inside to get it corrected, but today, I didn’t have time to so I just had to eat what I was given (not what I paid for). I’ve never had issues with this location in the past, so this is highly disappointing

Slowest most unorganized Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited. They’re extremely understaffed in the mornings and you’ll wait 30 minutes in the drive thru. Management, do better!

I have had nothing but problems with this Chik Fil Et location. They actually owe me 3 free sandwiches from all the complaints I have had. No drive up and park for mobile orders, always forgetting condiments, always charging for deluxe sandwiches even when you tell them no deluxe, overcooked fries, and an ownership team that could care less!!!

The food quality is great, but….. there is an issue with my order at least 20% of the time. Which is not horrible considering I don’t have CFA very often and I set the bar pretty low. But today it was the coffee, I got down to the last couple of drinks and got a mouthful of coffee grounds. Thanks for keeping me on my toes!

How do you run out of coffee so frequently in the morning? It almost makes it not worth coming through the drive through, because I don’t save any time. Also, recently, the bag checkers at the window have been forgetting several things. Love this place but get it together.
