The salad appeared to be old like made days ago. Had a bad odor to it I feel like this location is an example of how a well tuned company will go down hill fast when you hire the “wrong people”. They have definitely hired the wrong people at this location. I just seen other reviews about serving old food.

The amount of times I have been here in the past year, where an item was left out of my order is unbelievable! My child’s nuggets are missing, but the side and utensils are in here. How do you forget the entree, but add everything else in the bag?
The amount of time & gas it would take me to drive all the way back isn’t even worth it. Especially since they’ll be no true reimbursement for the huge inconvenience.
As a business owner myself, the service at Chick-fil-A has definitely gone downhill in the past couple years and no longer justifies the high price tag and small portions vs other fast food establishments.

Great place to eat. They always bring your food out quickly. I place the order after I park and the moment I walk in, the order’s almost always ready or there’s only a few minutes of wait time. Service has always been great. Keep it up!

Food is typical Chick-fil-A food. The service is what knocks it down to 2 stars. I’ve been here multiple times for drive thru and the morning crew are not the best. The ladies are rude and almost always forget to include napkins/condiments.

I normally have zero issues with Chick-fil-a, but this time I think something was mishandled. I don’t eat fast food that often, but I could not stay out of the bathroom.
I love this restaurant but for some reason it got to me this time.
