Waited 7 minutes for a drink through drive through – just a drink – staff was just standing around and talking doing nothing but talking – had to leave as running late to an event. This is not a typical chic fila standard – out of a couple bucks thanks to bad customer service.

Ordered online to get free board game. That was before calling to make sure they had some. Lady told me they did. No more than thirty minutes from ordering to pick up and not only did they not have free item but the nuggets were over done and they forgot the toy with the kids meal! There was no lines in drive thru so I doubt they had a rush of mobile orders. Very disappointing and definitely not up to Chic Fil A standards!

Go to a different location if you’re doing a drive thru. They may just make an imaginary third line that lets four or so cars cut in front of you in line. And then when you mention it calmly they may just ignore you and do nothing about it. And then you may have wasted your entire break because of an insanely flawed system. And then the cherry on top may be that they forget a fry and sauces but you may be too frazzled about it taking 8 years to check.

Food is usually good. Sometimes fries are not fresh. My only issue is things are usually missing from my order like tortilla strips for the tortilla soup or dipping sauce for my strips

Chick-fil-A is a gold tier standard for a reason. This location is clean, organized, the staff was attentive and friendly. We will be back for sure! One note- do any Chick-fil-A’s have play places anymore? I thought this one did based on a picture but I’m now thinking it was a stock or old picture. Nbd 🙂 an ice cream cone (can come with the kids meal!) and a slide to a two year old are pretty much tied. I love to get a grilled nugget meal and a side salad with double avocado dressing and put some nuggets on the salad . The seasonal key limeaide (diet or reg) they have right now is also incredibly good.
They even had mouthwash in the bathroom in a cool almost hand sanitizer type dispenser with little cups, very classy touch CFA, We see you. ️

I had an enjoyable curbside experience at this CFA. My special ordered naked Grilled Chicken Club with extra bacon was perfect. The large lemonade was refreshing. Unfortunately, the fries didn’t survive the journey home to make it to the photo shoot, but they were excellent, as well! The staff member delivered my meal wearing gloves and a sincere smile!

Just ordered from DoorDash as I’m at work I ordered the spicy chicken biscuit and added cheese and eggs, when my order was delivered it had NO CHICKEN in the biscuit!!! The WHOLE POINT of this establishment is for their chicken! How do you have the order on the receipt and STILL get it wrong? I’m SO DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED!!! Pictures included below! To add insult to measure I called them and nobody picks up, this is the worst establishment for Chic-fil-a that EVER EXISTS. Not just my experience and review, but everybody else’s whose experienced something bad at this specific chic-fil-a location! This location is an embarrassment to the chain, their good standing/repertoire, and they should be shut down entirely and immediately based on what I’ve seen. Don’t believe me, take a look at the SEVERAL and consistent BAD reviews below mine and I’m sure, soon to be, ABOVE MINE, as well!
