This location is lacking the quality in other chick fil a restaurants. I went to get my usual order, (biscuit sandwich, chicken nuggets, and a fruit cup) and found mold on one of the green apples in the fruit cup. The biscuit sandwich was drier than usual, but still okay.

This Chick-fil-A location meets the standard expectations of the chain.
Service was quick and the food was consistent with what I anticipated.
I dined here to be courteous to my colleagues. However, I usually choose not to visit Chick-fil-A due to the company’s controversial stance on LGBTQ+ issues and its historical donations to organizations with anti-LGBTQ+ views.

This location has the nicest employees. They are always very friendly and make my days better after each visit. Since this location is an express, the use of the app and coupons are not accepted. However, it is run efficiently just like every other Chick-fil-A.

I gave this 5 stars for food & service but only 3 stars for atmosphere due to it being in the tunnels of downtown Houston. Food & service are on par with any other Chick-fil-A you visit. Quick meals and great customer service but they don’t participate in the Rewards program which is unfortunate

This location is awesome! Staff is super friendly and food comes out fairly quickly even in a rush. I especially appreciate Rey, his customer service is top-notch. He remembers my name and order, it’s little things like that that make you feel special as a customer. 🙂

Store does not accept the app which is absurd. We are not in an airport, this location is always crazy busy, and there is another store so close by that *does* take the app that the app will errantly tell you you’re in the right place and take your money. Nonsense.

The staff here is always friendly. The food comes out super quick! The lines might appear full but the staff handles each customer as quickly as possible so you’re really not waiting for a long time. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich and the waffle fries. The waffle fries are always crispy and hardly soggy, which means they’e fresh and properly drained.

Been coming timo this location for years now. The staff is top notch, the management is beyond excellent. They treat you like family and go over and beyond there job duties. It’s always clean, the service is accurate and fast. The whole staff needs to receive a monetary incentive for there hardwork and dedication. The two managers have been knowing them for years. They have always demonstrate great attitude and professionalism. I really believe this review needs to be forwarded to the Corporate Office and I want to see the Managers at this location featured in a Commercial. They definitely deserve it. They work there hearts out
