We drove over half an hour to the mall to return a dress to dillards. I pre-ordered chickfila on my app for pick up inside but did not hit the button for “here now.” About 10 minutes after arriving and in the middle of the return process, I get a call from a male employee saying that my order is ready for pick up. That’s strange because I didn’t alert that we had arrived yet. I let him know that we would be by shortly, his very unprofessional response was, and I quote, ” Well, your order is ready, just FYI,” and hung up. We picked up our food about 15 mins after the call- the banana pudding milkshake was liquid, all of the food was cold, and the ice in both drinks was nearly gone. I will not be back to this location, even for dining in. There are other locations that treat customers the correct way. Thank you, whoever called and made the food prematurely for ruining my daughters favorite meal, that she has been patiently waiting to eat since having surgery.

The drive through was going out on the highway instead of wrapping the restaurant like most. So we went inside. Service was slow my food was like warm. The waffle fries were old and soggy. Everything was luke warm not hot. Chic Fil A is usually ny go to for a chicken sandwich but not at this one.

I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A that disappoints. And Ive been to many across Texas. The store is always clean, service is courteous and food is fresh. This is definitely my favorite fast food.

Love their Cobb salad! But their customer service sadly is not as good as it used to be. I felt ignored in my last visit, and the funny thing is that there weren’t any clients besides me. Employees were just there talking to each other, and I was standing there waiting for them to realize I was there. I’m surprised I didn’t leave. Management definitely needs to do something about this. Customer service should be improved.

I eat here alot with my kids. And everyone is always so nice. It’s always clean and the food comes out fast. But i have had two bad spicy sandwiches from here. The last one was so bad i couldn’t eat it. The meat was tough rubberly like and darker in color and both times the piecez were very oddly shaped ellongated tough rubbery brownish yellow tanish not as white colored meat.

Without a doubt, this is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for 1 sandwich. It was not even the lunch rush. The sandwich was pitiful, with wilted and soggy lettuce that must had been 3 days old. There were only 2 food runners who looked confused and overwhelmed. I know they have opened recently, but there is no excuse for poor training and systems at this restaurant. Management obviously doesn’t care at all about customer service. I will NEVER come back to this location.

I’ve never had my order wrong at a Chick-fil-a..until now.
Got regular nuggets instead of grilled, then after handing the employee the nuggets to exchange them, waited 10 minutes for him to forget about it and had to ask someone else—they were ready on the line the whole time and she just grabbed them.
Then my kale crunch was DRY and I didn’t get my sauce for my nuggets. And my drink was wrong.
Definitely not the Chick-fil-A standard I’m used to.
