I have never had to edit any review especially not two or three times. I know you might think it’s nothing to complain about but I paid for a large fry and only that and when I got home to eat it the container wasn’t even full it was barely to the rim. You guys advertise your containers as being full and it’s nowhere close to that. I probably only got a medium I’m not bashing on them at all I still love this place been going here for 10 years just disappointed is all

I originally gave them five stars but I did lower it. This place is still amazing I love the service and the atmosphere the only thing I don’t like is they charge over $6 for a piece of chicken, that’s absolutely ridiculous. The manager was very polite no concerns there I know they don’t make the prices or the menus but come on Chick-fil-A that’s a rip off

I love Chickfila the food is great but the service here is the issue, many times have they forgotten to give me a sandwich or give me regular when i order spicy. They also dont give you sauce very often even though you ask for it. The atmosphere is low in quality but i get it its Chickfila not a sit down restaurant .I recommend you go to the Chickfila in southlake they have never forgotten my food, they have a play ground for the kids, and the location is very nice. This isnt the worst Chickfila i ever gone to its just not the best.

The chicken sandwich was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, with a perfect balance of flavors. I opted for their signature spicy chicken sandwich, and the heat was just right—not overwhelming but definitely present. The waffle fries were crispy and seasoned well, and the milkshake was thick and creamy. The service was fast and friendly, with staff who made sure everything was to my liking.

Susan and Tara are the ladies who always delivery me and my coworkers food off. They are very sweet and amazing I genuinely couldn’t ask for better customer service from them! However today my experience with the food was very disappointing. I already had to call support to make sure my order was even placed due to the delay time on drop off. Our order for our nuggets were completely raw and undercooked. It just made my stomach curl I had to stop and throw all the food away.

I’m a vegan Christian & this was by far the 1ST FRESH SIDE SALAD I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF EATING IN A FASTFOOD. I GOT THE KALE WHICH HAD CABBAGE & A TASTY DRESSING. IF I WAS STILL EATING MEAT I WOULD PREFER HERE BECAUSE YOU HAVE FRESH WHOLESOME SIDES LIKE COOKING AT HOME. From restroom to dining room & customer service; the manager came to my table and cleared it. It doesn’t get any better for fastfood. I have worked fastfood & it was genuine.

Drive through was convenient, and moved faster than through the Chick-fil-A in North Irving/Las Colinas. Staff is friendly. The chicken and fries were as tasty, so when we’re in the Grapevine area. Also, you might enjoy dessert at Andy’s Frozen Custard, which is just a few doors away. Speaking of treats, the peach shake was surprisingly tasty. It’s not always available.

Mind you, we placed a mobile order ahead. When we got to the drive thru, there was no direction as to who should be following who in the drive thru line so people whose order went in well after ours went ahead of everyone in our line, slowing the line process. Then they gave our order to the car in front of us, we saw her park and go in to get her order because they told us to pull forward and wait because they had to remake it, then they did not include any of the sauces we selected on our mobile order so we had to turn around to go get them. No one seemed apologetic, there was no genuine apology just the sorry please pull forward. The whole process took more than 30min from the time we got into the drive thru to when we finally got our food including the turning around to get the sauces. Our food was cold by the time we were able to eat.

Horrible service. I ordered a large chicken nugget tray for our Christmas Eve party to be picked up at 3:30. I arrived at 3:35 expecting to be able to grab it and go (I had bags of ice in the car) and it wasn’t ready until 4:00. There was no mention that they were running behind or an offer to make up for the wait. When I checked in on it at about 3:50 I was told they are “bagging it up now” which obviously wasn’t true. I don’t know if they forgot about it or what but not the service I would expect and frustrating when needing things done in a timely manner for a party and when spending over $100 on food.

i go somtimes in the drive-through to get food before work and stuff, And Ruth Is always so lovely and amazing!! She makes it fun to be in the drive-through, And honestly, just seems like such a cool person 🙂 Everyone else I’ve interacted with his also been lovely, but Ruth is definitely a stand out 😀
