SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. This is second time at this location and the 13th, yes the THIRTEENTH time this has happened to me at a Chick fil a. Nearly every time I have ordered an item using loyalty reward points in the app, something is wrong with that item. Either old, burned, or a cheaper item than what was requested. Today I ordered 4 items and 3 were perfect and fresh, but the 4th item was supposed to be a Chick fil a Deluxe with a multigrain bun that I used 1,000 reward points on. Instead they slapped a multigrain bun an a soggy, regular chicken sandwich that looks like it was sitting there most of the day. This almost ALWAYS happens when I use reward points. 91% of the time. That’s not a “mistake,” that is intentional and shady business practices. The employees are able to see when an item was ordered using points and based on the percentage I guarantee they are told to give out old or cheap food. So they bait you into buying items and gaining reward points, then the items bought with reward points are what they would normally throw in the garbage. I’ve been loyal to this company since they were only in Mall Food courts. I will never eat here again.
This is Chick fil-a. Yall were an institution. An inspiration that other food establishments chased.

I rarely come here, but this was the closest location that had this item. I ordered a brownie tray as a Valentine’s gift, and this is what I was greeted to when I arrived home. Half of the tray missing. Fortunately, the app automatically offered a free replacement, and I redeemed it at another location that offered way better service (and the full tray of brownies). Don’t know if I’ll ever come here again, especially since I don’t normally come here. I should also mention this parking lot is a nightmare to navigate unlike most other locations.

First in Dallas and head out to this Chick-fil-A restaurant. The lady at the counter was so nice and helpful. The sandwich was tasteful. I would recommend this place.

Whoever was working closing shift tonight, please give them a raise! I got there at the drive-thru 15 minutes before closing (sorry) and honestly wasn’t expecting the best food, but I was wrong. The fries were perfectly crispy, so were the chicken sandwiches I ordered, AND the grilled nuggets were perfectly tender. They even gave my dog that was with me a milk bone! Thank you for the amazing food!

I ordered spicy southwest salad base and all I got was lettuce. So basically I was charged $8 just for lettuce. Very disappointing. I have been chickfila customers for more than 10years and this has never happened with me. Worst experience

Food is consistently fresh and tasty and customer service is generally good. There have been a couple of times when it’s excessively busy that the restaurant is dirty and it’s hard to find a clean table. Generally this is a fluke and not the norm, though.

This used to be a good location. It was ran incredibly efficiently and mistakes rarely occurred. That, unfortunately, has changed dramatically. The chances of missing items in my order has gotten to the point that I suggest that you DO NOT LEAVE THE DRIVE THROUGH until you have checked your bag for your order if you have more than one meal you purchased. It has now become a joke in my family of “what did they forget this time?” Do not leave the window. Stop and check your order before driving away. I asked one of the “managers” on the last occurrence (who is just another kid), what is going on and she brushed it off as just “human error. Sorry.” All the while the crew members behind her are playing around or standing there with nothing to do since the “manager” is operating the register rather than making sure the operation is running correctly and people/processes get addressed. Really disappointed. Food is still okay, but they do often go extreme on the grease cleaning powder and the fries taste metallic.

Unfortunately, this chick fil a is not the best. The amount of orders that they get wrong is surprising. If they are going to rush you through the drive thru so much then at least get the order right. Or when you do get it wrong be apologetic. The last order they gave me a completely wrong sandwich. When I called to mention it they never apologized but they said they’d have a note with a replacement sandwich for me but I had a week to use it…. Excuse me? You screwed up my order and now you’re putting a time limit on when I can get what I paid for? That’s poor customer service.

We ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Chicken Nuggets Kid’s Meal using the mobile app. When I arrived, the order was waiting at a rack. Everything ordered was there including extra bun. No ketchup was included for the waffle fries. Food was good. Liked the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce.
