Not only does Chick-fil-A have awesome food but, their Arnold Palmer is the best I’ve ever had. They have mastered the drive-thru service & bonus today if you were one of the lucky ones to have the polite state boys hold the door for you … Proud to be a Texan .. Chick-fil-A is one of my go-to places to eat when road tripping. Stopped at this restaurant on my way home from Arkansas to Houston. The service was top tier. I wish I had caught the young lady’s name that kept serving me. She was very attentive and very helpful. The food is just as good as any other Chick-fil-A. The inside was very modern, clean, and pleasing to the eye. I will definitely stop at this Chick-fil-A anytime I’m in Marshall.

The new restaurant has been open a couple of weeks now and with the dinning room finally open we went in for dinner. Everything is new, fresh and shiny but we were welcomed to dirty table tops and over flowing trash in the dining room. At the register an employee who was off the clock was ordering her food then proceeded to go back on the line to help out without washing her hands or clocking in.
While we ate several employees came into the dining room and none of them emptied or notified a supervisor about the trash.
Hopefully with time and training these things will improve.

I’m from the Midwest Bible Belt so needless to say I’ve been to a few hundred Chick-fil-a’s in my life. Let me tell you in full transparency, this is the best Chick-fil-a I have been to in the entire country. The service was impeccable, the store was so clean you could eat off the floors, the bathrooms were the cleanest my wife and I had ever seen, which is great for her. We ordered ahead and when we got there the employee radioed in our meal, a 10 count strip with fries to split with my wife. She ran in and I waited. Though I waited a bit for the food, every employee who saw me asked if they could get me anything and assured me my food would be out soon. When the food came, they apologies for the wait (which was really no wait at all) and we hit the road. The wait was well worth it because these strips were so good I could feel myself be sanctified. They were f-r-e-s-h and crispy, sweet and a little salty, they were perfect, so good we didn’t even need sauce, the fries , perfectly salty and hot. The staff was amazing, the store was beautiful, and the food was to die for. I wish every store was like this!!

Really nice, new chick-fil-a. Everything was clean and organized and the place was packed. We came only a couple weeks after their grand opening and they’re still pretty slow on getting food out which I’m sure will improve as time goes on and staff gets some more experience.

Decided to try Chick Fil A in Marshall for the first time and they did not disappoint! Our cashier Lilly was amazing and kind, she deserves a raise or something! Our food came out quick and it was very clean, We will definitely be back!
