Everyone hurry, quick, get down to the new Chick-fil-A so we can wait & wait & wait … not at this new Chick-fil-A! Yes, the line was lo g but we ordered through the app and the line was moving quickly! Way to go new employees and all the employees that came down to train. Our order was fresh and accurate which we don’t expect at a restaurant that’s only been open a few days. We had our order repeated to us 4 times before it was given to us and we didn’t mind a bit. The restaurant was busy inside as well but it was clean and wheelchair friendly. Way to go Mr. S. Truett Catthy your family-owned business is doing a great job.

They are still slower than most Chick-fil-A stores. It was our 3rd time waiting 8 min plus for chicken minis with no line when ordering and only 2 vehicles already at the pick-up window 7:25 AM. The food has been great and nice staff. Getting faster is the only thing holding them back from five-plus stars.

The food is good if it’s right. Definitely check to make sure sauce is in the bag if you get it to go. This is probably the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. They have 2 lanes but only use 1….why even build 2? Even if the drive-thru line is short, it still takes forever to get your food. No worries, they take your money super fast though! At the actual drive-thru door/window there’s always several employees most of whom look completely lost. It seems like they have too many employees where they aren’t needed and not enough where it counts. I have not heard very nice things about the management either, which is probably why they have such a high turn over with staff. Regardless this location needs a lot of improvements especially in the drive-thru. Smh

The staff is young and noticeably bored. The service is excruciatingly slow, and the food was cold two out of three visits. There were no requested condiments in the bag. I had to park and go get them. I never saw an adult over 22. I will not be back to this location until they have a chance to train the workers and improve attitudes. The order takers were courteous and polite.

One and only trip, I give the young men and women working there 5 stars!! Their job as you can tell is hurry up do it fast and yet they keep a smile on their face and are friendly, they were awesome, the food on the other hand ( Wish I had taken a picture ) the chicken was cooked very very dark brown as if old grease was used and tasted that way. Love it, staff is always great! I can order lunch food at 6:30 am and it’s wonderful. I work nights, so when I get off at 7 am, I’m ready for dinner, not breakfast.
