This place is great. I stop here for breakfast for my team every other saturday. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and food is fresh. However, they are very stingy with the Texas Pete sauce every single time. I order no less than 6 chicken burritos every time i go and every. single. time. I will have 5 or less Texas Pete sauces. Release the Pete!!

They used a shoehorn to fit this place in the corner across from Love Field. The food and service was good as usual but you have no pass a driving test with tight turns and a narrow drive to use the drive through. Parking is very tight too with lots of traffic.

Got my food quickly. But when i checked the bag, didn’t have the condiments in the bag. I parked and went to the pick up window. Made eye contact with someone and just got ignored. Once someone finally came to the window, i mentioned they had forgotten the condiments and if I could please get them. Got a rude annoyed face gesture. And to top it off, i finally get to work and when i try my “sweet tea”, it was nothing but unsweet tea. Place looks good but service is lacking.

So it’s Chick-fil-A and you have a certain standard to meet. As far as the food goes, everything is as expected. As far as the customer service, very poor. Didn’t hear a single “my pleasure” during the visit.
I understand it’s in an airport and subject to wide swings in busyness depending on arriving flights, but waiting more than 45 minutes for the opportunity to purchase food is too long. There was an open register and therefore an opportunity to staff for the rush.
The menu is limited in this airport location, but standard popular menu items are available.

The lady in the drive thru .no smile, no greeting. What you want and the food is just as bad. These were dry and tasted like old grease. The worse one I ever been too. The lady that handed me the food act like she was forced to say have a good day while she rolled her eyes ..This place needs some training or replacing employees badly

I’ve never seen a Chick Fila like this. It has no dine in, and it’s just a drive thru or walk up. If you are going thru the drive thru, you can’t and won’t be able to park to walk up because the drive-thru cars will block you. The line went by quickly, and our food was good and hot. But the layout of it all is so weird.

We came for lunch after an appointment at Childrens hospital and was surprised that there isn’t a dine-in restaurant. Nothing indicated this in our search and was kind of bummed to have to eat in the car.
Maybe call it an “express?” Or note no dine-in? The people waiting in the walk-up line also didn’t realize no dining room and were as surprised as us.
Knowing this is a drive- thru or walk- up only location, the layout of the parking lot and car line is terrible. It could have been better designed with that in mind. Cars blocking all of the parking makes it impossible to get in/out.
Staff appeared very busy and short with customers. Not friendly, but it was the lunch rush and they were moving quickly with some big orders.
Food was ok. Came out quickly and hot. Tasted good, fries filled only halfway.
Prices are the same as any other chick fila but there are less amenities. I would have sat at an outdoor table but didn’t see any of those either. Noticed bathrooms but did not use them. Not on par with what we expect from a chick fila.

So annoyed that this is the 2nd time since they have reopened that I have made it all the way home with food to find out 0 of the 7 sauce packets requested and confirmed with cashier made it into our bags. Ruins the entire meal.
