So there’s no drive thru. You have to get off and go in to order. Friendly staff. One complaint that my burger wasn’t that good, and they were greedy on the fries. Will post a couple pics.

I asked for my waffle fries crispy/well done. I was told that’s not possible. I asked why, since plenty of other Chick-fil-A locations are completely willing to deliver a happy customer experience by offering crispy/well done fries. I was given a rather smug semi-smile and was told that it was the decision of the operator (franchise owner).

Ordered a kids meal with apple juice she says they are out of apple juice and offers orange juice. It was a three dollar upcharge for an orange juice. Jeez I would of gotten lemonade for my kids. She charged me so fast didnt see the price u til I paid already.

Order inside. Get it while it’s hot! Fast quick service. Order the spicy chicken sando meal with the peach shake. Joshua was a great help in making sure my order was accurate along with the 2 other meals I ordered. By the time I filled my fountain drinks they were calling my name to give me my order. If you can’t find parking up front they have rear parking also thru the back alley entrance off of University Blvd.

Good food but someone needs to tell the guy from India not to sweep the floor when people are eating. I would have, but thankfully I had just finished. Its rude and unsanitary. Managers, an almost empty restaurant is not an empty restaurant as long as people are still eating. Give us the same respect as those received when the restaurant was full. Good news is, my cashier was great!

Cannot express how disappointed I am with your service. I understand you’re busy, but you can be absolutely unaccommodating at times. I ordered on the app, which apparently makes me second class in your company’s eyes. I selected “complete my order,” which apparently does not actually complete your order. Nothing has been ordered. You have to scroll down, click into another line item and find the “I’m here” button. Only then does your order actually place and get shoved into the queue. Not intuitive.
