Matt(shift leader) went above and beyond with his customer service! Not only did he cater to his customers but he made sure we were taken care of. I’ve never had customer service as such from ANY CHICK FIL A that I’ve ever attended!!! Matt makes me want to skip every restaurant in town to park and walk inside the mall for his service!!!! Stopped here with the kids while at the mall. Bread is definitely not normal bread. Every time we picked it up there was mayo and grease all over our ringers bc the bread kept breaking apart. My 3 yr old had bread crumbs pretty much and kept trying to put his sandwich back together which he gets really stressed out about . Were used to eating chick fil a in the car with no issues. They don’t have the table plastic covers for kids like most locations so had to keep asking for napkins so I could try to build somewhere clean for them to lay their food while eating. Tables were dirty, and spicy chicken wasn’t spicy like normally.

This Chick-Fil-A location is a little slow as other people may mention, however these workers are CONSTANTLY busy during mall hours and, from experience, I know that can be very stressful. Every time I come here they really get through that line fast and almost always do great when it comes to food quality and service. I recently came here on 08/05/25 and I would just like to say that Jerry Bell is very pleasant to talk to. He is one of the best cashiers in fast food I’ve ever met being very polite, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I believe he deserves a raise and at the very least more respect. Great job guys!

Ordered new pimento chicken sandwich, that’s a complete joke. Just a dab. Nothing like the commercial, I got barely any pimento on my sandwich and didn’t get all my sauces ordered either. I wouldn’t waste your time trying freeing it, hell I’m not making any special trips in my future. When I use to live here this store was really bad about leaving things out, then you call them and they would act like children about it. Maybe one day Chick-fil-A will be a rooster and stand by what they sell, because this is not what I saw on tv, and Facebook.

Useless/Dangerous Chick fill A location.
The people who work in this restaurant are evil. I bought a huge order of salad around 7:50 pm on Saturday 03/04/2023 and they messed up the food.
I got home with the food only to realize that they didn’t include dressing in the salad even though I specifically requested for ranch dressing. The salad was bland and so ugly. I had no choice but to throw the food away. Even the drinks I ordered were messed up.
I believe the mad people who work there did this on purpose.
And I pray that God punishes them for making me waste my time and money
