I am so disappointed. I don’t eat fast food often but tonight I was exhausted and decided to pick up some Chic fil A for me and my kids around 4:30pm. I didn’t get the chance to start eating until after 9pm, after a long day, just to find hair in my salad as I was eating it. I am so disgusted and I didn’t even have a chance to eat much. I went to the app to report it and they only offer a reward. If I have time tomorrow I will try to take it back to the store but it’s such an inconvenience.

This was the best experience I have had with Chick-fil-A. Ms. Amaya did not miss a beat. She made sure that we got everything, qty. sauces, drinks, was very polite, and mentioned that she takes care of her customers, (I believe her). Very satisfied!

Medium Mac & Cheese… not sure believe the order taker was Lucy? And another lady helped me with a bag for my food with a handle, because I am handicap. I will NOT buy fast food ACCEPT at Chick-Fil-A because it is always clean, correct temperature and professionally prepared with always AWESOME customer respect!

We don’t get to Forney often but I knew that Chick-fil-a would always deliver good food, so that’s where we ate tonight. Spicy Chicken sandwich was really good.

For a place right off of one of the busiest roads in Texas, it was surprisingly docile as far as parking and crowd size is concerned, especially for a late Friday evening visit. Our overall experience was great; from the food to the service, I couldn’t really imagine a better encounter with the chicken giant other than being given some free food! It’s definitely worth the visit if you’re passing through the area, but be warned; actually getting into the parking lot/shopping center it’s located in will likely be a bit of a challenge.

I know this sounds redundant but CHECK YOUR FOOD at this location before you leave or you will regret it once you get home, like I did. They are very selfish with the sauces here, the employees act like it’s coming out of their personal budget. Other locations say my pleasure. Refuses to give refund for returned incorrect order. This location really sucks. Must be a training store
