Customer service was friendly as usual. Restaurant was clean. My complaint is the food. Biscuits are falling apart and hard to eat as a breakfast sandwich. I posted pictures. If you are the owner/ manager and are reading this please look at the pictures and tell me how this is acceptable?

Eric, let me just start by saying, this isn’t the first time this location in the last month has forgotten an important part of my order. The first time Justice forgot to give me my drink… let me tell you the customer service difference between Justice and you Eric, he did the right thing.. YOU bagged my order sir, and YOU a manger forgot the most important part of my yogurt, the granola, my FAVORITE part, and won’t replace my yogurt? You told me to come tomorrow morning to pick up the granola ” well that was the only thing missing right?” Does that sound familiar to you?! WRONG ANSWER… I’m pregnant and realllllyyyy want my yogurt the way I paid for it and ordered it. I won’t even eat this yogurt now, it went strait to the trash. You really should learn how to approach an order YOU personally packed wrong!!!!! I’ll just go to the one by my house, instead of the one close to work… which sucks for me but at least I know they will take care of me properly!!!!!

Matt was beyond helpful and incredibly patient with me during a very frustrating situation. I placed an order through the app to be delivered to my workplace, but unfortunately, the DoorDash driver took 43 minutes from pickup to delivery and then dropped my order off at the wrong location. It was supposed to be delivered in Prosper, but it was delivered in Frisco instead.
I contacted DoorDash and explained that I had texted, called, and even left the driver a voicemail. Customer service was unwilling to assist and simply stated, “Well, the driver dropped off the delivery,” offering no resolution.
When I called Chick-fil-A, Matt immediately stepped in to help and worked to find a solution without hesitation. This issue was not Chick-fil-A’s responsibility to fix, yet Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
Thank you, Matt, for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. Your customer service truly stood out!

I ordered through cfa app for breakfast items at least 35 minutes prior to breakfast closing. App routed to doordash delivery as usually ( I always order with cfa app ). Upon waiting for my order, the dasher arrived at the store around 1015am. He was there waiting for 30 minss and then was informed that my order is cancelled due to not serving breakfast anymore. I’m not understanding how an order for breakfast can be cancelled when it was placed prior to breakfast time ending. I have attempted to reach the store and call is going straight to VM. Highly disappointed with the service and customer service I have received. Please do better! I’ve never had an issue like this before.

I love going to this prosper with my family. Every time I go there Theresa greets us with kindness, respect and always make sure my kids and I are okay. Whether a refill or a needing to get any sauces so I don’t have to get up with all my kids or leave them which I don’t feel comfortable to. She is always helps us. Recommend coming here even if it’s out of the way.

When I drove up this morning, no one answered me on the drive through speakers for 5 minutes so I walked in. Eric Ruiz- the morning manager greeted me with a “sup man?” Maybe he needs retraining to learn how to greet people properly with a “good morning”. I then tried to make an order but he told me I couldn’t because the dining area wasn’t open yet. I told him that I walked inside because no one answered me and he finally had someone take my order. No apologies, no thank you, and no general courtesy. The food was good but I’m very disappointed with the management.

Went through drive through to grab a meal, an extra fry, and some shakes. They put our order in wrong. Which is an easy fix, but instead the manager or supervisor on duty (guy in the button up shirt) proceeded to argue with his employees that he gave us everything and that he did HIS job right. And then goes “FINE” and throws an extra fry at his worker to give to us. They could’ve simply added one for us to pay for at the window or apologized for getting it wrong and gave us a fry. He didn’t need to be as rude to us or his employees as he was.

Honestly the best Chick-fil-A I’ve been to yet. I’ve traveled around states for my husbands job and we are here for a few months and I’ve been to this location 3 or 4 times already and not only is the service great, the employees are so nice and always on top of it! The lines are quick, and I just feel taken care of here. Thank yall!
