What has happened here? We got two orders of nuggets. One order had this mutant nugget (photos included) that when we broke it open it was just slimey gel. In the other order half of my nuggets didnt seem like chicken. It was gross gel with rubbery parts. The dog and cat liked it, but it was too nasty for me to eat. With how expensive a meal is at CFA, I am usually appreciative that at least the food is good. This was really disappointing.

Spotlessly clean and welcoming ambience.!

And then the service with a warm smile. Nothing could make the morning better!

Except for a cup of freshly brewed coffee -check !

The egg white grill that I ordered on biscuit and one on muffin as well came out hot and freshly made.

Made my day!

The guy who took my order acted like he didn’t want to be there. He didn’t repeat my order back to me, which led to several mistakes. The person confirming orders was actually the best part of the experience he was awesome.

When I got to the window, the employee basically threw the order at me and walked off. I realized I was missing my sauces, so I waited there. They looked over but no one came to help, and I had to call out for assistance.

On top of that, the food was wrong and the quality was horrible. Also, please tell me when you guys stopped saying “my pleasure,” because not one person said it.

Overall, the experience was awful and I won’t be going back.

I always have a good experience at this chick fil a. However today I came at almost closing for breakfast and forgot to order tots for my little. Kimberly went above and beyond on drive thru made sure I got them no question. What amazing employees. Thank you Kimberly.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location today (Jan 3rd). I ordered a Chick-fil-A Cool Wrap and found a long hair embedded inside the wrap. It was honestly stomach-turning, and I couldn’t even finish the rest of my meal out of concern for food safety and sanitation.

I have attached a photo of the hair and my receipt for management to see. I expect a much higher standard of cleanliness from Chick-fil-A. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews their food prep protocols to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Experience!
We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday at Chick-fil-A McKinney yesterday and it was truly amazing from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to make her day special — from reserving tables for our group, to checking in on us throughout the visit, and even surprising my daughter with the cutest birthday gift! Every staff member was kind, attentive, and intentional. Test and the whole team made us feel so welcomed and celebrated. I can’t thank them enough for making her day so memorable. Highly recommend for families — we’ll definitely be back!

I have gone to this location at least eight times in the last month, and every time there is at least one problem. The service is awful! I have never experienced constant issues like this at any other Chik fil a! They provide a clean environment and the food is delicious, but the service is super slow and awful. If I am using the drive-thru (which should be the fastest) and it is during peak hours, I am always waiting at least fifteen minutes before I receive my order! Also, there is always something missing, usually condiments, with my order. Today I finally arrived at the window to receive my order after waiting for twenty minutes through the lines, and they did not have my soda prepared and were just yapping between each other about random life stuff. To me it is common business sense to have people pull forward and out of the way for other customers if their food is taking longer than a minute to prepare and deliver. Jere though, they just make everyone else wait longer and dont even have the other orders ready! Also, when the drive thru employee is needing a minute to catch up on a previous order, they should explain they are sorry, but they will be with the customer in just a moment instead of me waiting an extra two minutes to tell them my name and I have a mobile order. When the drive thru is so busy that it is preventing traffic from moving, there should be employees outside to help speed up the process. The management here seems awful! I have had poor experience when I ordered inside as well. It is ridiculous!

I wanted to redeem a free breakfast sandwich and was told I couldn’t choose cheese and egg sandwich for the redemption was charged for it. I was told I had to order a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Like why couldn’t it just be rung up like that. I didn’t want the sausage. I’m just disgusted with that small inconvenience that I feel like shouldn’t have been an issue.

THE WORST FOOD!! My food was very cold. The “manager” promised to comp my meal on the next visit and didn’t. He stated that I needed the receipt after he’d claimed to write my name down. HORRIBLE SERVICE even though MAJORITY of Chick-fil-As are TOP TIER.

For two days I was craving Polynesian sauce but couldn’t make it because I work overnight and felt I would be late. Finally got ready early and went. Placed an order, got to work and opened it and no sauces. I called after work, no answer. I drove back to see if they could remake my $10 meal.. they told me we can’t refund you (I didn’t want a refund) because sauces are free, and they can’t remake it “ just because of the sauces”.. even though that is the only reason I even eat Chik Fila.. THE SAUCES. Just super disappointed.
