Love that this reopened. Extremely fast service, extremely pleasant staff. Parking lot is a little weird but has nothing to do with the food. I must add I do always ordered through the app so there’s never a wait time for me. It’s always clean. Parking lot is clean. This location even has the little mints.

Chick-fil-A- Lewisville the restaurant had a delightful ambiance, from fresh flowers on the tables and a play area for the kids. I’ve been to this location several times since the reopening, once I ordered a salad and 3 chicken strips/ with a Sunjoy. The food is always fresh and delicious. Customer service is always nice from start to finish. I was in the drive thru and watched how quickly they were getting the customer food delivered to their vehicles.

this location has not been the same for years. Every time i order hashbrowns they are always extremely undercooked and even with requesting for them to be fully cooked they don’t do it. Then the chicken mini nuggets come out OVERLY cooked and you’re biting into hard batter! Definitely dissatisfied with the quality of the food and service at this location now Because about 2 years ago it wasn’t like this.

Don’t ever write reviews but this Chick-fil-A takes so long when there is no line. Just got back from there and we didn’t get any sauces, no straws, I asked for light ice and the entire cup is filled with ice. On top of that, our simple was wrong. How can you go wrong with 8 piece nugget meals.. Honestly worst Chick-fil-A I’ve gone to.

I went to dine in and as i’m enjoying the new layout and greetings from staff, I am observing everyone and witness a moment between a female Spanish speaking employee and an english speaking white male. One table had just left which meant it needed cleaning but the way he looked at her and pointed at the table was unnecessary and made me lose my appetite. Very sad to see, do better.

I went through the drive thru, ordered my food. Received my food and then was stuck in the line for the entire length of lynard skynyrd’s freebird before I was able to be free from confinement. Then I get home and my sandwich was ordered with no veggies ce with lettuce tomatoes and pickles l. Very disappointing for this reopened location.

The whole layout of the new restaurant is worse than the first. Lines backing up traffic. No area to stand while waiting for your pickup order inside. Staff running around like they don’t know what they’re doing. Should have just kept it the way it was before. At least it had charm.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I ordered Chick-fil-A breakfast through the app at 10:14 AM and pressed complete my meal at 10:15 AM (still 15 minutes before breakfast ends). When I got there and showed my order on the app around 10:34 AM, they told me they couldn’t serve me since breakfast was over. I explained that I ordered and finalized it before breakfast ended so it should’ve already been made. They still refused to give me my order that I had already paid for. Service has been horrible since re opening!

On 12/15/2025 at approximately 4:20 pm, I used my app (Red Member) and ordered a wrap and Chic Fila flavored potato chips. The wrap was so dry and had the wrap paper cut in the wrap and the chips were plain. The manager was RUDE, blamed the “baggers” and required me to drive back to the location from Plano to see the food and supposedly refunded it back to my debit card (haven’t received it yet). On 12/16/2O25 at approximately 6:30 pm, my daughter (Signature Member) ordered two meals and the nuggets were stuck together, the kale salad was dry and they did not include the almonds for it nor the straws for the drinks! The GM (Heather) needs to work the evening shift to get them in order or this place is going to go to poop quickly. They just reopened and are making mistakes that they shouldn’t be making already. The day shift has it together however but that’s only if you plan to eat lunch there. Anytime after that, prepare for the worst! Jason’s Deli is a much better option at this point!
