My family and I enjoy this location, more since they moved as there is much more parking though getting out on Swisher and heading west can be a bear during traffic times. They should install a light here as there is a lot of Chick traffic and the apartment complex.
The crew is very friendly and responsive to the guests food is properly cooked and always fresh.
My kid loves the sandwiches before going to school and he loves the nuggets. I like their salads.

We stopped going to Chick-fil-A when it was at the old location because getting your food was an absolute nightmare. When the new location opened, we gave it another chance and for a while, things were great.
Lately, though, orders have been incorrect and wait times have noticeably increased. Then tonight happened.
I placed a mobile order for a grilled chicken club combo and a chicken nugget combo. When I arrived, they were clearly busy, so I expected a short wait. That said, every car in the drive-thru received their orders without issue. The three cars behind me in the mobile lane also received their orders with no problem.
I was then told my order would be out shortly and asked to pull into spot #2, which I did. They proceeded to serve the remaining cars in the mobile lane, then came back to tell me it would be “just a little longer.” At this point, I was understandably irritated, as I couldn’t understand how every other order could be fulfilled except mine.
What completely crossed the line was being told that I was blocking traffic. Blocking traffic? I parked exactly where I was instructed to park. Had my order been ready, I wouldn’t have been there at all.
Chick-fil-A in Hickory Creek has once again lost my business. It’s clearly not a location problem, it’s a management problem.

Had an issue with my root beer being watery – they exchanged it out for me to Dr Pepper because I was in a hurry. The lady was so nice about it! They’re quick and efficient here too. I come by every Wednesday around 1:30 – lines are full in drive through – in and out in 5 minutes max normally.

Usually the food and soda at this chick fil a is yummy and fresh but lately the past 3 months it has been of constant nasty quality. Fries are brown, chicken is dried out and soda is flat. Very dissatisfied and not happy about the amount of money I have wasted there the past 3 months hoping it would go back to the old chick fil a quality of tasting good and oh so good. On my list it was always chick fil a way ahead of all the other fast food places, than McDonald’s and then Whataburger. Now it is Whataburger in hickory creek that has surprised me with how fresh and good their food and sodas have been, then McDonald’s and way down is chick fil a in hickory creek. This is only my opinion but as someone that was there almost everyday of the week to now maybe once every 2 weeks that is saying a lot. Plz do better HC chick fil a, I am a fan of yours and hoping I don’t again feel like Ive wasted my money there when I got back there…… which won’t be for weeks or maybe I’ll give it a month to sort out whatever is going on. If yall changed your food source quality plz go back to the original source. The quality was so much better. I usually do not rant on food places but i really love this location and I really want to go back to what it used to be where I was there almost everyday.

I am speechless. I pay for a market salad with 3 eggs and extra strawberries roughly twice a week and every other chick fil a loads me up every time with the portions i pay extra for. This location is conveniently close to my job and id rather not have to drive to razor ranch just to get lunch. There was a whopping 2oz of chicken… why am i paying $20 to still be hungry???

When its busy the mobile thru line always takes longer due to not being able to scan the QR code till you get up to the sign. Employees use to go down the line and initiate orders when the regular line didn’t have anyone but now they don’t. Other than that always a great experience. I would love to see the QR code sign back especially since all the other Chick-Fil-A locations still have it out.

Twice in a row I ordered fries and was missing. Second time I noticed and asked for it, the answer was “you probably didnt order!” Then after checking my receipt, gave me a fries with no apologies.

Ever since they’ve moved to the new location I’ve had lots of issues. Every time I am missing something small or getting the wrong drink. They’ve forgotten my daughter’s chocolate milk, gluten free bun, and even served me regular soda instead of diet. Being type one diabetic that is very dangerous for me. I’ve been a loyal customer since before the move but I am very disappointed.
