Attendants always efficient and friendly! I have a warm place in my heart for Chick-a-filet as they gave my daughter her first job. They are a great company to work for professional atmosphere and safe for a young professional. My family has been eating chick-a-filet since 2008 very close to when they opened in our area and feel their food quality and healthy product is good enough for my grandkids today! I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A! We usually stop by after Saturday soccer games and occasionally during the week. The staff is consistently well-trained, friendly, and professional — it’s truly impressive. I’ve even encouraged my newly 16-year-old to apply, just to learn the life skills and work ethic this establishment clearly instills in its employees.

The food is always consistent and leaves everyone happy.

I especially want to recognize the young gentleman who helped us in the drive-thru on 2/20/26 at 9:13 PM (Register #55 – iPad order). He was personable, made great eye contact, engaged in friendly small talk about my Subaru, and genuinely seemed proud of his work. It was refreshing to see such a well-rounded and confident employee.

Horrible experience
Ordered a salad through the drive-thru
Spoke to the General Manager MJ about his team forgetting my dressing over the phone.
He offered for me to drive back for fries or a brownie.. (to far)
when all I wanted was to eat my salad NOT DRY
After speaking to him he offered to send me an award on the app and still have not received ANYTHING…
MJ and his team need more training!
Terrible management and customer service.
I ended up throwing the whole salad away

I honestly cannot believe how awful my visit to this Chick-fil-A was. I’ve always known Chick-fil-A for good service, but whatever happened today completely destroyed that image. A worker named Hannah took my order outside around 5:30pm, November 20th, and it was by far the worst customer-service experience I’ve ever had at any fast-food place.

First of all, she acted like she didn’t want to be there at all—rolling her eyes, rushing through my order, and giving me attitude when I asked a simple question. She kept cutting me off while I was trying to speak, and it felt like I was inconveniencing her by literally just ordering food. Then she repeated my order wrong multiple times, still annoyed, like it was somehow my fault. At this point I was already uncomfortable and honestly debating leaving.

To make everything even worse, the energy was just terrible—rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional. I’ve never had an employee make me feel so dismissed and disrespected

My recent visit to this Chick-fil-A Frisco lakes was exceptionally disappointing, largely due to the conduct of an employee named Hannah, who took my order outside. Her demeanor was unprofessional to the point of being startling. She appeared visibly irritated, rushed through the interaction, and provided no basic courtesies that are typically standard at this establishment. Hannah did not acknowledge me properly, did not confirm my order, and made the process feel more like an inconvenience to her than a service to a customer. The complete lack of attentiveness and respect set an extremely negative tone for the entire visit. Chick-fil-A usually prides itself on hospitality and consistent service, but this experience reflected neither. I left feeling frustrated and frankly bewildered that such behavior was permitted. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue immediately. I will not be returning.

why is it that I live near this location and out of all of them that I’ve been to across the United States this has to be the worst for service and food. Last night I’m on the only car in the lane and I pull up to the window and I’m waiting for two chicken sandwiches and then she hand them to me and never gave me my shake then I get the shake and half of. It’s on the outside coming down the side of it and all I get is I’m sorry. you would think that the chicken sandwiches would be hot like I was waiting for them to be cooked but they were lukewarm at best. What was I waiting for One time I was there and asked for mayo I’m sorry we don’t have any go to Kroger and buy some. it’s just very frustrating. for what they charge.

I took home a salad and chicken sandwich. The salad was good, but the chicken in the sandwich was so hard, and my husband could not finish it. I hope this is a one time error, since your chicken is usually tender.

[Update] My husband who did not finish the “hard” chicken sandwich got so nauseous afterward. He could not eat the dinner today.

I visited this branch for the first time, and it truly stands out from the rest. The space is impressively large and noticeably cleaner than other locations I’ve been to. The food was delicious and well-prepared, which made the entire experience even better.

The place was packed-a clear sign of its popularity and reputation.

Definitely worth the visit, and I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for quality fast food in a clean and well-run setting.

I love this restaurant, and love all their food. Yes, even the kale salad. But unfortunately the bloom seems to be somewhat off the rise at this location today. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, and hope to have a better experience next time.
My experience today included small and somewhat greasy nuggets, cold and limp waffle fries. I had to ask for my sauce and then was kinda ignored after they gave me my food. The gentleman taking my order sounded and acted half asleep. I was in the drive thru on this visit.
Like I said, I normally have a superior visit experience at Chuck-Fil-A, but not today!
P.S. I would have only given 2 1-2 stars but that wasn’t an option-I really hope I can give this restaurant and location a solid 5 stars in the future!!
