Please double-check orders before customers leave.
My order was missing my salad. I don’t eat out much, but my kids love this place, so we were looking forward to it. An employee reviewed the receipt with me before I left, but the contents of the bag did not match the order once we got home.
No big deal, mistakes happen. What’s frustrating is that I called the store three times with no answer, then filled out the survey, and still have not received a response 24 hours later.
I’d appreciate better attention to order accuracy and follow-up when an issue is reported.

One of the few times that I actually eat fast food and this time it was Chick-fil-A. Thankfully it wasn’t too busy. Food was hot and fresh the waffle fries could have been a little more crunchy. I’ll definitely eat here again at this location.

The Flower Mound location at 2001 Long Prairie has focused all of their business on the drive thru costumers. Their inside service, cleanliness and atmosphere is suffering in a big way for it. We felt bad for the overwhelmed employees. It took 15 minutes to get acknowledged at the counter let alone place an order. And that was with one customer in front of us. Tables were all dirty. Every trash can in this place was overflowing and then some. Spilled food (lots of it) under and around the tables and walkways It prob took 45 min to get our food after standing in line behind the one customer in front of us. The employees were doing the best they could given inadequate staffing. This isn’t the first time we’ve encountered this either and had chalked it up to “having a bad day” previously. More than a coincidence at this point. Sharing to hopefully help the employees provide the level of service they signed up for.

Picked up a breakfast this morning, temperature with windchill is 10 degrees, yet store management is making a poor teenage girl sit outside in the cold to take orders. Is it really necessary? Can a suburban Karen accept an order that takes 10 seconds more to finish in order to avoid treating a teenage girl like an orphan in a Dickens novel? Where is your compassion?

I came a few minutes ago and placed my order. I ordered two chicken strips, but they only gave me one chicken nugget in the box. Are you serious? And this isn’t the first time they’ve gotten my order wrong. I like this place, and I haven’t left a bad review before because I thought it was just a simple mistake, and that’s fine, but it seems like too much.

Rude and unfriendly. Not what you’d expect from a chick Fil a. These are not the “my pleasure” attitude one would expect. Terrible. Disappointing. Not run like most chick Fil a restaurants. Asked for a manager because of how rude the employee was and got no response from the employee – just an attitude. The manager could not have cared less about the employee rudeness.

Absolutely can’t go wrong. Chick-fil-A has nailed it in every category. I’m so happy to see that expansion has made no difference in service or food. I recall, years ago, when the 1st Chick-fil-A opened near me. Overnight camping???? FOR CHICKEN? Still can’t grasp that except for the young . Now I understand what the ‘hoop-la’ was all about!

Went through the drive thru very quickly. Ordered Cobb salad, nuggets and Sandwich combo with Mac n cheese. Everything was fresh hot amd delicious. Every employee was very pleasant and friendly!
