New location just down the road from the old one. Clean, plenty of parking, and ample sized dining area. The drive through lanes go around the back so they don’t interfere with the dine in and pick up traffic. I dined inside and ordered from the app. My order arrived hot and correct. There were multiple staff members refilling drinks and working the floor. Excellent location here!

Started off weak in service and quality. I’ve been trying to go here as opposed to driving to other locations, and I’ve avoided this location a number of times due to mistakes in orders and poor quality. The old location was ten times as good in staff and process and quality… This location has recently gotten better and I appreciate that but it’s not reliable yet unless they keep it up. Please keep trying but I struggle wanting to go here because half the time the order is wrong or quality is off. Please keep trying. Thank you.

The new location on old Denton road is set up very well. Easy entry and exit from the take out line. Ample shade for the workers and cars on the line. Service is always prompt and polite and quality is always what you expect. It’s fast, it’s simple, it’s tasty. It’s Chick-fil-A.

I’m posting this hoping that this will change and i can actually enjoy a fresh salad without having to get home and pick out the bad lettuce in order to be able to eat my salad. Only if i wouldn’t have asked at the window if the salad was fresh… But i did and i was assured it was. Just to get home and find this… so very disappointing…

I really enjoyed this experience with my family. Everyone got exactly what they wanted off the app, my kids loved the play place (didn’t know those still existed), the wheelchair had wheels and a play mat, it just had everything! The bathrooms were modern and clean. I just loved it here.

Normally the service here is good however the girl taking orders in the drive through this morning was straight up ignoring me when I was asking her questions about if she had the menu or different breakfast options. My husband had to repeat what I asked and she was quick to respond to him. That’s just disrespectful and rude to any customer coming through the drive through especially if someone is nit as familiar with the breakfast menu or the ordering process.
