Just your average Chic-fil-A. But the service here did fall below the bar.
Order was not correct. Ordered an 8ct nuggets and was specifically asked grilled or breaded. Stated breaded. Was still given grilled. Also ordered 2 deluxe chicken sandwiches. One in a meal with extras on the side, a packet of creamy salsa, and roasted bell peppers. To make the viral sandwhich shaken in a sandwhich bag. Was kindly given a sandwhich bag but they had forgotten the creamy salsa, which was charged as an add-on.
The employees apologized and was quick to correct the errors. That, I am grateful for. Its just inconvenient when ordering in the drive through to have to then stop and park to go inside. Defeats the purpose of a quick drive thru.
Thankfully, the food was still good once we got it all corrected.

I needed to order 13 meals with a tax exemption for a school trip. The employees were so sweet and made everything so easy for me, they asked how I wanted everything bagged, and they worked so well together while they got everything ready. There really aren’t words to express how much I appreciate this location!

I’ve heard everyone complaining about how difficult it is to get in and out of here and I don’t know what they are talking about. I have gotten in and out of this location many times for myself and doordash. I haven’t had any problems. I love their food. Gluten Free buns make for a great gluten free sandwich for my wife. God Bless the people working here and the amazing food they serve. The large fruit cup is about 4 inches in diameter and is very tasty.

Although Chick-fil-A has been in Tahlequah for over a year, this was my first visit. I had two five year olds with me, both are big Chick-fil-A fans and fans of the play area. The service was absolutely outstanding but I should note we arrived after the lunch hour and they were not extremely busy. The 5-yr olds ordered chicken nuggets and both ate all of them; I ordered a #1 chicken sandwich that was crunchy (overfried) with two pickles on it: nothing else. The waffle fries were generous and delicious but the next time I’ll know to order less because we threw out about half. Will I go back? Absolutely.

First time visiting this Chick Fil A.. They were spot on. The employees were very pleasant, the food was great tasting, the overall experience was great, and I will definitely make the drive to visit them again. They do offer a gluten free bun for those who are Celiac or Gluten intolerant, and the fries are cooked in a separate fryer so those are also good option for those who cannot eat gluten.

F A I L… I went there to grab a bite to eat before heading to military duty. I placed my order. Everything seems okay. Received my food in a timely manner. Opened my food and took a bite. That’s when everything took a turn. I felt my 2 front teeth sink into pickles. Which I clearly asked not to have on my food. Also it was marked all over my receipt and bag. Every morning that I come here it either takes 20 minutes to get your order or no one acknowledges you in the drive thru at the ordering screen. I sat there this morning for 5 minutes, said hello a couple of times, and no one acknowledged me. I pulled up to the window and there was a female inside but again no acknowledgment. What is seriously going on here in the mornings?!?!

We went this evening and I got the exact same order as my husband and instead of grilled chicken I got the fried. Didn’t realize until we got home they gave us the nuggets. Plus the blonde head girl that took our order through the drive through she kept messing up and we thought maybe she was new so hopefully she got our order right and we were wrong. Then she has the Audacity to sit there with her bf or whatever he was and talk and bs around. Never going back.

Chick-fil-A was absolutely amazing from start to finish!! The lady who took our order was so sweet, patient & friendly!! We had to wait a few minutes for our food but it is well worth the wait because our food was hot hot hot!! While my son & I ate I joked with him & I said that I think Chick-fil-A is my new favorite place to eat LOL & he said ME TOO!!!!
