We arrived went and ordered food, came to find a place to sit but every table that would seat us was dirty from people before. The food came quickly and was hot, but did not have the correct items that were purchased. I had to go back to the counter and request the items we didnt receive.
A section of seating is blocked off At least 7 tables in the lobby havent been cleaned in the last 30min. and there is food all over the floor even under the tables that are somewhat clean. The bathrooms are filthy.
Multiple staff behind the counter but no one is cleaning the lobby or bathroom. The store is not busy less than 3 cars in the drive thru and no one is in line to order in the store.
I usually dont leave reviews, but I feel this place could use some additional oversite and direction.

I paid for a chicken cool wrap via drive through. Opened the package after closing time and realized that I was charged for a chicken wrap, but recieved a wrap with no chicken.

My order was made incorrectly and the manager on duty proceeded to tell me how I should’ve placed my verbal order. She was very rude and proceeded to give me a tutorial on how to ring up an order but I don’t work there. I told her such. I’ve never in all my years had this type of service at Chick- Fil-A many many years all over the USA. This is a one time I’ve had horrible service. I had my receipt and uneaten product and she told me to return I need to call. No, I will not. I was going to do an exchange but her bad attitude I didn’t want to give my business there ever again. I got a refund and will never return to that location. The staff very unorganized, store wasn’t clean, long wait time inside for few customers. This restaurant is horrible. Popeyes service here to say the least. I don’t patron at Popeyes.

I order $10+ salads here regularly. Lately they’re a) old, rusty lettuce b) lack proper portions of chicken..like half the amount I typically get c) consistently missing items that come with the salad. Starting to wonder about this location.

Judeas helped me today at the drive through and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very sweet, knowledgeable, and detailed. She took her time, was extremely patient, and genuinely helpful. Such a great experience because of her!!!

I wanted to take a moment to write an amazing review about Corbin. I came in for dinner with my family, and he was incredibly attentive and kind. He kept our drinks refilled, brought our food promptly, and made sure we had all the sauces we needed. Such a sweet and thoughtful employee! We love coming to this Chick-fil-A. Please give him a good raise!

Always in and out of the drive thru in a reasonable time. I’ve never complained about having to wait when there is a line of cars. They’ve got people taking your orders and your money before you even get to the window. My favorite is the grilled chicken with Polynesian sauce!

We’ve been there several times now for early dinner around 5pm before soccer and our food is never fresh. They definitely serve the leftovers from earlier in the day. The buns are stale, fries are soggy, and the chicken doesn’t taste like Chick-fil-A quality. We would definitely go to a different Chick-fil-A location if there was another one convenient to soccer because the other locations have consistently great food, service, and are worth the higher cost of food (unlike this location). Convenience and the play place inside being open are the only reasons we go to this location at all. Every time I place our order through the app before we arrive and it has never been totally correct, especially always skimping on sauce (and there’s not any out to get your own so you have to ask for more). Also the employees have never offered refills or checked on anyone eating in the restaurant while we’ve been there. The managers aren’t friendly or helpful. Also they don’t always say “my pleasure” or “you’re welcome”. After eating there 5 times, we would say overall this is the worst Chick-fil-A we’ve ever been to and not worth the high prices. It’s only saving grace is the indoor play place.

I visited the Chick-fil-A at 11201 E 71st St, Tulsa, OK today and ordered a Cobb Salad with grilled chicken. I politely asked if the chicken could be cut up. When I received it, it wasn’t, so I asked if someone could assist. A young lady named Melissa told me she could only give me a fork and knife to do it myself. I found that response rude and unhelpful, especially after paying for my meal. I asked for a refund and left very upset. I’ve always appreciated Chick-fil-A’s great service, but this experience was disappointing and not what I expected from your company.
