Takes them forever to prepare an order. Hands down the longest wait time of any restaurant if you are picking up an order or doordashing. Orders are never ready on time. Consistently 5-10 minutes, even more sometimes, past the time the orders are supposed to be done. It’s even this way when they are not busy. The workers get in no hurry whatsoever. Also any time you get a coffee they fill it so full it leaks out of the straw hole in the lid and leaks everywhere.

Food was amazing like normal. The restaurant was dirty from lobby to restroom. Customer service wasn’t so great either very rude and snobby. I ate at this location several times and it was amazing. Now I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Need to keep Mikayla away from the register very rude snobby person.

Ordered 2 Sausage egg biscuits through the drive thru. After waiting for biscuits to be made. Ended up with 1 Sausage egg and 1 sausage cheese biscuit. Never fails, they try to put cheese on every biscuit.

We love Chick-fil-A Stillwater! The staff is very friendly and the food comes out super fast. My 3-yr-old spilled most of her chocolate milk on the seat, floor, and herself, and they kindly and quickly cleaned it up with a smile. They even offered her a second chocolate milk! In addition to the spectacular service, the food is delicious. I especially love the market salad with grilled chicken. We will continue to dine in and drive thru here often!

This was my first time eating chicken fil a. I ordered a three piece chicken tender, they were the smallest tender I have ever seen. Three of them, the size of my pinky finger. Fries were pale white, under cooked, and floppy.

Prices have gotten out of control. Food portions are ridiculous. Since when have you been able to roll over the wrapper for brownie twice. This brownie is literally half the size it is supposed to be. Cutting portions is losing you customers.

My toddler son and I had lunch today and I was so pleased with the attentive service we received from Jose. Jose acted like a quality restaurant server, making sure our table was clean, checked on our dining experience multiple times, offered me refills, all with a huge smile. I was so impressed with the way he kept the dining room clean and attended customer needs at such a busy time of day–every table was full! We had a great experience and will remember Jose’s exceptional customer service.
