Great location right off hwy 97 in sand springs clean restaurant and bathrooms. They are always very quick on getting out your order and the staff move quick.

Chick-fil-A is always a great option. The food is fantastic. We love the chicken biscuits and their tea. This location, the service was slow in the drive-through, and they told us they could not cut the chicken biscuits in half. As if they’re not a restaurant with knives. Chick-fil-A is a great brand. We hope this location can figure out how to accommodate guests requests.

I’ve had Chick-fil-A a handful of times and I still don’t know all of the crazy lines and all the craziness is about because the chicken nuggets and the chicken strips are tiny granted they have a great flavor but still. The chicken sandwiches are pretty good. But everything is so high priced and it’s just a chicken sandwich I don’t know the food’s okay but I think it’s overpriced for the size and quantity not that I need a lot but it needs to be better than that also I want to add that their breakfast burritos are really really good and they’re worth the money so there’s that so they only get three stars because it’s just tiny amount of food they spend more on the packaging and all the other fancy stuff and I think they do on the food

Then grill chicken nuggets are good. But when I got the chicken strip, they were burnt and taste off. Like the oil is never changed. They are black and hard. This has happened over 4 times. So tonight is the last time I will purchase chicken strip. I took a photo but can’t get it to add.

After leaving the airport following a difficult trip, this location was the perfect stop along my route. And best of all: it wasn’t busy! Not sure why there were only a couple of customers there. It was late afternoon, when my home location would have cars wrapping around the parking lot. And it wasn’t busy! Too bad so many Sand Springers don’t patronize (shop at) this location. So good! The food was delivered fresh and hot and was just what I needed!

Me and my Dad stopped here a few months ago on a big road trip. We are UK native so this was our first Chick fil A and American fast food experience. Not only was the food amazing but the staff were incredibly friendly and gave recommendations with a contagious smile. We were also astounded at fresh flowers being changed as we were dining, this was truly the best fast food experience both me and my dad have ever experienced. I hope one day to be back. 10/10 couldn’t recommend it more regardless of where you’re from.

Fabulous and Friendly AS ALWAYS!!!! Obviously very well managed. The food is always perfect. The young people who work there are disciplined and respectful. It’s refreshing to go somewhere and see employees working rather than playing on their phones. I arrived near when they were closing the lobby and they employees were mopping the lobby and disinfecting the tables—with the same detail that you would wash your own table at home. Solid 5 stars! I also noticed they were hiring! $14 what a great wage for a young person starting out and great business experience!

9 yr old ask the man who took our order to write ” i love chick-fil-A” on her drink. He & i were confused at 1st. But she just asked him to do it please. So he did and she was happy. Bc she does love Chick-fil-A being in our town.

Food is always great, the only reason I only gave 4 stars on service is that I’ve had a couple of wrong orders brought to my table, coincidently by the the same person on two different occasions. Usually no issues at all here.
