Good food. Mostly clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Food was not hot, but seemed fresh. We will return the next time we’re in town. The ambiance was nice. Not too noisy. Pretty busy. There was only one cashier taking orders even though there was a long line. Lots of tables and the seats were dirty, and the floors were cluttered.

My husband and I stopped in for a quick meal while we were on our way back to Tulsa. There were staff outside who were very kind and energetic. Our order was taken swiftly and we received our food in under 5 minutes. The cherry on top was Debra. She stopped by our table frequently to ask if everything was okay and provided excellent service. Before we left she topped our drinks off, picked up our tray and offered me a sack for my fries. Debra goes above and beyond. She was so kind and thoughtful. Claremore has some of the nicest folks I’ve met.

I’ve always been a huge fan of Chick-fil-A. Typically the food is hot and service is outstanding. However this was not my experience at this location on 12/5/25. Food wasn’t hot at all. My cheese on my sandwich wasn’t melted at all. Disappointed. I know they can’t always get it right and I understand that. I’m hoping a manager will see my review and try and make it right. Hopefully this is a one off experience with this location. Nothin better than spending 10$ on a couple cold chicken sandwiches. Gotta love that.

On a bus trip and we stopped here for lunch. This Chick-fil-A was very well organized and got our food out to us quick and it was hot and delicious. The manager was a very nice gentleman and couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was delivered properly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for delicious food, service and hospitality. The manager has a well organized team. This location should get 10 stars.

Really nice courteous and pleasant staff at the counter and diligent staff working in ALL areas needed to keep the place neat maintain cleanliness in the entire restaurant. Food and fries exactly as I requested. Frequently came around to check on customers and to make sure that we had everything we needed and to make sure our experience there was pleasant. CLEAN restaurant and CLEAN bathrooms. It is very obvious the manager of this location cares about and is very invested in the community and the local schools. There were evidences of small courtesies and things offered and done at this restaurant that were voluntary and not required—things that are rarely seen in other locations; but these stand out as a regular occurrence here at this location. Truly kind helpful staff and service. I wish all locations could boast this.

Extremely busy place. I placed a to go order, included food for 4 people. Had 2 orders for grilled nuggets, I have food allergies to breading. Mine was the one that was messed up so I missed out on lunch with the family. More than $50 so im not pleased.

Richard was excellent on service. April was very uncommonly rude for chick fil a. Our ordered was around $79.00 dollar. One of my daughters decided after my order she wanted a Cobb salad with 2 each Italian dressing and 2 each of balsamic dressing and she would pay extra for the extra salad dressing. April said NO. My daughter said I will pay extra for the extra salad dressing thinking maybe April didn’t hear her. April still said NO!!! She said she was the manager and it was store policy. So my daughter said then I don’t want anything. It took Richard (another store employee) who asked if we were good when we were sitting down eating and one of the gentlemen that were with the family outing to talk to Richard and get the situation fixed. April still said, that she would do it this time but not in the future. You got Miss April. You will never see us in the future. Richard was extremely polite and apologetic. Thank you Richard .

Staff were quick to serve us. I arrived early, before the rest of my party. They did not mind me waiting at a table. Then after we all sat down, their staff checked on us and offered to refill drinks and any condiments. They were so friendly. We had better service than at most fancy restaurants.

I came by this past Saturday and ordered an Egg White meal and two extra entrees. The young lady that took my order I thought heard what I wanted. I received my food and my Egg White entrees were made with biscuits instead of muffins. Poor customer service.

I never thought I’d be disappointed in Chick-fil-a… I’m not sure why the tenders changed, and I certainly hope that my experience was a one-off. When I opened the box I was shocked to find these small, skimpy tenders that were mostly breading rather than chicken! The entire tender was practically the size of the honey packet! Hopefully I just got a bad batch and that’s not the case moving forward. I’m also unsure if the chicken sandwiches have changed… but I hope not!
