3rd time messing up my order. I simply ask for a specific amount of sauces and they don’t give me them, even if I’m paying for them it doesn’t make a difference. Also gave me the wrong sauce, which I now found out I’m extremely allergic to. The spicy chicken sandwich I ordered was alright but the waffle fries I got were cold, stale, and extra salty. I no longer trust the location after a 3rd attempt. To top it off, the styrofoam cup they gave me had a hole in it!

I wish all the “important people” who sit at the front with their laptops were as friendly as all the other people there who actually work. They just look at you when you walk in, zero manners. Then you go to order your food and the servers are super polite and friendly. Maybe these important people need to go back to training so they can be reminded how to be polite. Kudos to all the hard working servers and people cleaning the dining room. Do better to all the guys sitting by the front door with their laptops acting like they are working.

Longest I have ever had to wait at any of these restaurants ever. Pulled into the tribe through line at 8:01am and didn’t get out of the line till 8:35am. Also filled my drink with so much ice it only had 6 oz of drink vs the lid would barely stay on from so much ice.

This Chick-fil-A is by far the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever encountered. Not only do they take a long to get food out but half the time my order is wrong and missing something. I take breaks from coming to this Chick-fil-A often to come back to see improvement and it is still the same. I work near by so location is convenient but I might as well just drive to a different location if I am going to be waiting 20-30min each time. Not sure if I am just being hard on them I did in fact work for a Chick-fil-A in Tulsa hills for six years but I put my order beforehand half the time and things are either wrong with my order or I am waiting a long time. Strategy needs to be improved.

Food was good, only complaint is nuggets barely had any coating to them, temp was good. Fries seemed like they could have been hotter and more fresh. Shakes were really good all around. The chicken noodle soups hit the spots.

It’s not my favorite Chick-fil-A… My fries taste like they made em an hour ago and reheated them and readded salt to them. My nuggets and fries over cooked and tasted like the oil needs changed. The soup was great, tho!

Havent eaten here in a very long time. Chicken nuggets still taste good But seem to have lost about a third of the size & getting a little small. The order on your phone with the app Pick-up lane should have been redesigned so you don’t have to wait on the cars ahead of you to get there order if you’ve already got yours

The best service and food of all fast food restaurants. Treated with respect and the employees really seem to enjoy their job. Highly recommend this chain.
