Very rude people work here! Ordered a Mac and cheese and they were out after I paid for it they just exchanged with something cheaper. Asked for fresh fries since they were cold and the refused to replace! They also refused to refund my money! It was 1.64!!! This company is getting cheap and serving old food now. Soon they will be like McDonald’s or Burger King!

Always love chick fil a but the girl in the drive thru just couldn’t get her act together just kept laughing and had to repeat our order multiples times that’s very awkward and not very guest friendly. Especially the loud radio she kept talking through which also effected our experience because once again had to repeat the entire order at least 3 times.well came to edit and she didn’t even get the order right now that I look at the receipt and in the Bag.

They would not allow a child to go to their restroom because it was after 9:30. We found another restroom and came back to poor customer service. Our tea was not sweet and warm so we asked for a lemonade instead. The lady was visibly upset and looked at our receipt. I was surprised to get customer service like that at a Chick-fil-A.

It really depends on what food you get whether it’s delicious or not. We got the new pretzel bun spicy chicken with cheddar and bacon and we both hated it. Stick to the regular spicy sandwich and it’s great. Sometimes simple is better.

After sending over 400& we arrived home with no chic fil a sauce or dip for the fruit tray.after calling customer service they made me feel like I was trying to steal stuff. Wow think I’ll get our Christmas meal somewhere else next year

Just like every other Chick-fil-A. Service is fast, friendly, helpful and food is always cooked fresh. Like the concept of double drive through. Only complaint is the auto trash compactor, it’s never working because it’s overly full.

I pretty much have nothing but positive things to say about the place. Even when it looks extremely busy they are so efficient, so it’s fast and friendly and I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order wrong in any real way, for example- maybe they forgot the extra salt I asked for once or I got fried nuggets instead of grilled nuggets and that was probably my mistake for not being specific when I ordered and again that maybe happened once or twice and I eat there commonly so that’s a great track record for a fast food restaurant.. the only changes I would make if I could would be to add a bit more variety and a few more items to their breakfast menu..

Beautiful, clean, well-designed facility. Staff friendly and efficient.
Had to pull browning Romaine lettuce out of Cobb salad to eat it. Salads are usually reliable but not this time.
