Visited this restaurant yesterday and since the disturbing experience I had I have been thinking how I should tactfully write this review. My food quality was fine and the employees were polite as always. I sat in a booth next to an area where I assume employees sit and have their personal items or take breaks or whatever. I heard two male employees discussing their own religious views. I have no issue with freedom of religion and that’s a whole different topic. What I was hearing were theories about the “end of the world “ and “mark of the beast”. These are controversial subjects at best and I don’t think it’s appropriate for employees to be discussing this in ear shot of customers. I frankly want to come and eat on my hour lunch and leave. I don’t want to hear religious theories and opinions. Perhaps these employees did not realize people can hear them through their faux wall. I would just hope in the future they will be more mindful that they should keep their religious views to themselves or it may start to exclude other customers without the same views.

If you’re going to notice I have an attitude as I’m walking up, or have an attitude because I have an attitude. Then take the responsibility of making sure all items should be in the bag. And I mean all items after finding out my fries were missing, had to go back the 1st time, checked in the bag again and none of the sauces I asked or the utensils needed to eat the food were in the bag either!

Terrible service. Request 3x crispy fries and the cooks and managers were mouthing off saying they wouldn’t do that and asked why we’d want them burned. I don’t want them burnt but I don’t want them undercooked either. Terrible terrible terrible.

Learned today They let customers come in and get free large cups of ice water all day long but make employees pay for a large cup. Plus the food has gone downhill. Got a biscuit this morning that was cold and tasted stale. Will not be giving them my business EVER again! Stay away from this place the upper managers are horrible people.
