Just went to this chick fil a in the mall with my two younger sisters and the man, Steven, taking our order was unnecessarily rude. I made my younger sister order for herself to build her confidence ordering and when she started to speak he rudely said “I can’t heard you at all” in an “over it” type of way, which made her embarrassed. I normally don’t review places ever but I did not find this acceptable in any way, shape, or form.

Always a good experience. Food is fresh. My only complaint is the overflow of drinks. I’ve asked them to wipe the sides off. No one likes sticky hands. That is then proceeded with a young adult wiping their palm down the side.

SMH! I’ve been here at least 5 times in the last 2mo. Out of that maybe 2 have been up to Chick fil A standard. Long wait time in the drive through. Food being served luke warm. My last two visits . The drive thru was busy. With a least 5 to 6 cars pulling up a head of me so .I go inside to place my order the cashier had a nice tone but was rushing me and didn’t want to wait til I got my app pulled up so she could scan. She kindly told me I could put in manual. My screen was dark and I was trying to find the place to brighten it.. I said well I wanted you to scan it but ok. She was in a rush. I received my order it was Luke warm at best. Chicken sandwich and mac and cheese. The very next day I placed my order inside again.

Best chicken and waffle fries I’ve ever had! Pleasantly surprised by the fresh food, quick and excellent service! My husband and I went during the busy lunch hour and saw a long line but it was super fast! Super friendly service and asked if we needed a refill before we asked! One of the best Chick-fil-a’s I’ve ever been to and we’ve been to several!

I just sat here for almost 30 minutes between ordering food and waiting for the food and I ordered one large unsweet tea and one medium unsweet tea. I wanted to tease I asked for two teas the meal came with a D I ordered a large tea the girl did not put it on there I sat and waited and waited and waited for my food had somebody come up to me and then told me they wanted to charge me for the tea that was supposed to be on ticket and then I had to sit there for another few minutes so I just left terrible customer service that’s terrible customer service.
