I got the spicy pretzel club sandwich for dine in. I had to wait 13 minutes before I decided to ask about my order since there were no other guests waiting in the dining room and an empty drive through. When I asked about my order the team put it together with very little sense of urgency.
The sandwich was cold and disappointing especially for the premium price point. The parfait I ordered had fruit that was old and soggy. The lemonade was good but that was the only thing. Overall highly dissatisfied with my visit.

Hey chick-fi-la corporate, if it’s in the 40s or below, either provide warm attire, outdoor heaters or keep your employees inside just like you would a family member so they don’t get sick. Customers can wait for their food in their warm cars. I love your food, but this system needs a little change.

I have to give a huge thanks to Rita for being so kind, helpful and engaging with our little one. Rita let her go to the back and make her own ice cream cone and it was amazing! Rita truly works so hard and loves what she does and it shows. I also have a gluten allergy to which they’re always accommodating with so I’m thankful we can all enjoy eating out together (options can be limited).

Receipt showed 513pm and by 530pm no food or drink. Went to the register to ask how long it takes for fried nuggets and a drink and was told they had a lot of door dash orders and were busy. There were only 2 other customers dining in. The manager came over and confirmed they were busy and that door dash orders take priority. She never even offered to get my drink while I waited or to check on my order. I took a refund and left.

I still remember being the first 100 guests when this location opened and my friends and I had a wonderful experience camping overnight on site. The store used the opportunity to train their staff in all areas of operation; from drive-thru to in store service, which I thought is a great idea.
Fast forward to now, the food is nothing to write home about but their service remains top notch, which makes the dining experience a whole world of difference.

As always great food. I think I didn’t order my sauce through the app but they didn’t offer any to me either which would have been a nice save. They took a while in mobile pick up but the surprise free brownie was a nice treat. I was able to order no salt on my fries which was great.

I stopped eating Chick-Fil-A when they first changed chicken sources a few years ago, but came here now in a pinch while traveling. My sandwhich felt small and light. I ate here twice in a row today just to make sure the sandwhiches really did get smaller, there is less meat now. Don’t let them fool you 🙂 I ate a huge Brisket sandwhich with sides from George’s last night for the same price.

Poor Avery! I got his no pickles sandwich and I imagine he got mine with extra, extra, extra pickles! Hope he’s nice about it. I’m sad but will deal with it anyway. Really stinks chick-fil-a!
