Went to grab a quick bite to eat. After I ordered I realized that my order was incorrect and I got regular nuggets instead of grilled and I got the chicken cool wrap instead of the southwest wrap. But everything still tasted delicious. I did feel rushed when I ordered…but they did help me when it came to pick a refreshing drink

I went to Chik Fila on 12th street yesterday. The place was on empty! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with chicken soup and two cookies. The order came out to $18.00 for the spicy club sandwich, a cup of soup and two chocolate chip cookies! When I went up to order another cookie, the cashier acted like an rude, angry, sad, clown! He refused to give me the right amount of change. He said you owe me a penny! He acted like Crusty The Clown with a nasty narcissistic smirk!!

This store is ok but last few times they forgot my chicken sandwich and I live out of the way it’s hard to go back and ask for a new one. I stopped here because I was already at the mall, and it was convenient. I’ve never gotten a salad from Chick-fil-A that they just put the entire breast on top. When I went back to ask for a knife, the girl was annoyed. I still love Chick-fil-A, but I probably won’t go to this one again.

Placed an order for delivery today. I received a call from the manager who looked at the deliveries placed for the day and noticed mine was late. I had no idea it was late because work was pretty busy that day. I appreciate the effort and the standard chick-fil-a has a business. I appreciate that the manager called me to apologize, and also complimented me with free delivery fee.

By far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to in the US.
In their defense I had a large order but I still don’t understand how I;
1. Had to wait after for our order after four other orders that came after ours was served
2. How when we finally got it they forgot to put a bun on one of our sandwiches AND

Chick-fil-A is my fav food. I really love their spicy deluxe sandwich and Waffle fries with Chick-fil-A sauce are my constant go to food. The latest addition Spicy grilled chicken sandwich is my current favvo.
Their frosted coffee is also great and if u wanna treat your Sweet tooth then there’s cookies n creme milkshake to the rescue.

Usually I love going to chic fil a. I do prefer the one in Moore as this one here has made me sick, but out of convenience, I will find myself coming here every now and again. The person who handled me today did not seem on brand for the image they try to make. She wasn’t friendly, she didn’t listen as my drink order was wrong, and just seemed to be very moody. I didn’t catch her name, but she looked a bit like a boy as she had short brown hair. Not one of chic fil a’s best days

Very rude younger blonde female taking orders. We didn’t even order, just left. Unusual because the folks at chick-fila are typically so friendly. Wasn’t busy, or seemingly overly stressful. Everyone has a bad day sometimes.
