Delivery drivers… if you forget a drink, please just leave the food instead of taking my hot food back with you. Ordered delivery and the app showed that my order had arrived. When we went outside, it wasn’t there. I even checked a few houses down before I called the driver (who I had texted before so he had my number). The driver said he forgot the drink so he went back to get it. I get it mistakes happen, things get left but PLEASE just leave the food. Or least ask if I want the food before you go back and get the drink. No message or anything to let me know. I thought he stole my food. Waited an extra 20 mins for my food, fries were soggy and cold. I usually have a great experience so I don’t want to leave a bad review. Just communicate with your customers please!

I just wanted to say, chik fil a is always so busy, but today was BEYOND busy and what I assume was the general manager, stopped and let my son make his own free ice cream! This location is always so great and I feel they need some recognition!!

Wesley Winfield, is the name of the gentleman who is responsible for this 5 star review across the board. I have never gotten a meal that fast here before, I barely had time to put my car in park. It is my professional opinion that if he was given the ropes to this location then it would earn a Michelin Star before summer.

Chic-fil-a doesn’t offer pup cups which I’m willing to pay for. Chic-fil- may not be Starbucks but they serve coffee, breakfast, lunch, etc just like Starbucks so they are Starbucks competition. In the same way they are in competition with McDonald’s Braum’s, Sonic etc all of which offer pup cups. Some of these locations offer them for free while others charge. Braum’s for example charges $.80 per pup cup. I’m disappointed and my two dogs are disappointed. My dogs can’t have chicken because we raise live chickens in our backyard. My dogs like the pup cups more than biscuits and hashbrowns. I’ll keep this in mind in the future when I have my dogs with me and I want something to eat. Chic-fil-a will be at the bottom of my list to eat at from now on during my off days from work when my dogs go on errands with me. Not offering pup cups is just laziness. Thumbs down and “boo’s” to Chic-fil-a. See 1st picture. My dog is very disappointed. Went to Braum’s, which again is where I will be taking my business from now on every week when my dogs are running errands with me, and got Tucker a pup cup (2nd picture). Tucker is happy now.

From previous locations, honestly I used to have a terrible experience with this place. I went tonight to get my order, after a long day made it all the way home only to realize an entree was forgotten. When I returned, I was almost done with chick fil a. The manager tonight changed my entire customer experience by being patient with me, understanding the issue and immediately rectifying the problem. I could not be happier to find myself returning to good spirits when my order was remade, brought to me with no issues at all.

Genuinely 1/30 6:52 – 7:25 has to be the worst I’ve ever seen any restaurant perform in a decade. Pretty much every employee isn’t doing their job and they are either daydreaming or passing the time. Just to get 12 nuggets, Mac and cheese, and two drinks, it took over 27 minutes and 16 seconds. Honestly, I could batter chicken, fry it, and make kraft Mac and cheese at the same time then grab two cans of soda in less than that amount of time. However, it was a DoorDash so rather, I was forced to wait on 27 minute Mac and cheese which was said to be the hold up. If we are being honest, by the way the employee looked at me after 25 minutes realizing she had forgotten that the Mac and cheese had been finished at this point for probably a minimum of 15 minutes tells me all I need to know about the hiring choices this location propagates.

Had my tax exempt veterans card. Got my order supposedly rang up three times….waited 25 mins for food. Nobody checked on me the mousey girls wouldn’t as im pulled off to the side. Finally i just start walking back to drivw thru window embarrassing as that is as all i ordered was a single salad…yeah right?! Finally i said give me my money back respectfully. They tried to offer me the food but who wants thar rush job they slapped up after all that time?! I said give me my money and went somewhere better. If the goal was to get me back off chickfila this time for live well congrats. Yall nailed it.

I got a Cobb salad for my first time in a while and only got the egg whites. When I looked at the menu it showed actual eggs with yolk. Disappointing to pay that much for a salad whenever I can make eggs to put on a salad, but I’m paying for them to do for me. The chicken slices were amazing!!!!.. I can accept that. I just want good eggs in it. If I asked for egg white that’s one thing, but I did absolutely not.

Quick & easy lunch with grandkids. Chicken nuggets for them. Spicy Chicken Sandwich & Grilled chicken Salad for us. Fruit & Fries shared. We dined in. Very neat & clean. Service is great. Their Customer Service training model is outstanding.

Also a very outgoing and helpful person. Store was very clean including the restroom. Rest of staff working away at helping.
