I had such a great experience thanks to Rodolfo at Chick-fil-A. From the moment I walked in, he stood out for his professionalism, kindness, and genuine positivity. He greeted me with a smile, was extremely patient while I ordered, and made sure everything was correct down to the smallest detail. It’s rare to see someone who takes that much pride in customer service, but Rodolfo clearly cares about making each guest feel welcomed and valued.
What impressed me most was his attitude, even during a busy rush, he stayed calm, friendly, and efficient. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and even checked back to see if I needed anything else. That level of attentiveness really makes a difference and shows strong work ethic and character.
Employees like Rodolfo are the reason people keep coming back. He represents Chick-fil-A exceptionally well, and I hope his hard work gets recognized because he truly deserves it.

I’ve had a lot of fast-food experiences, but my recent visit to this Chick-fil-A was on an entirely different level, all thanks to Rodolfo.
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t even particularly in the mood for Chick-fil-A when I walked in. Rodolfo noticed my hesitation and with total confidence, gave me his word of honor that he would make the meal worth it. It’s rare to see that kind of genuine passion and “owner-operator” energy from someone, and by golly, he delivered. The meal was perfect, but his attitude was the real highlight.
The service didn’t stop at the tray. After I finished my meal, Rodolfo went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant he actually offered to help me change my tire. This level of selflessness and community spirit is unheard of.
If every business had a Rodolfo, the world would be a much better place. He doesn’t just represent the Chick-fil-A brand, he elevates it. If you see him working, know that you’re in the best possible hands.

Great job!! First time trying Chick-fil-A in chickasha. I came in 5 min before close and It did not disappoint hot food great sandwich. Will definitely be back for another deluxe sandwich.

This was my first time trying Chick-fil-A and I was disappointed in the size of their chicken strips as well as the price. I got the 4 piece meal and spent almost $12.00
Not a fan of their waffle fries. The chicken strips / tenders were very good, just figured they would be regular size. These look like they came from very small chickens that were not big enough yet to butcher. Just my opinion. I will not be going back.

Chicken in the sandwich was so thin. Most hamburgers are thicker. Sandwiches over all were smaller. My guy ate his in 3 bites. The fruit cups weren’t even 1/2 full.
Order was missing 1 side salad. Definitely was treated like I was trying to steal a salad.
Other Chick-fil-A’s haven’t shrunk like this. Definitely not coming back.

Rodolfo, man, where do I even begin. He is incredible! He sets the standard for what every Chick-fil-A worker should strive to be. He is the type of employee that every manager wishes they had. Can’t share a picture because I inhaled my chicken noodle soup before I remembered to snap a photo. Morning sickness is making it impossible to keep anything down but today I risked it and ordered the soup. I literally cried because it tasted so good and zero was wrong with the order. Could that have something to do with the insane amount of hormones I’m dealing with?…..maybe. Regardless, it was yummy. Will absolutely be ordering it again very soon!

Went there this morning, ordered a chicken biscuit combo, the tater tots were extremely cold the chicken on the biscuit was very thin. Also ordered a chicken bowl and there was very little of anything in it except for stale tater tots and it was cold the cheese wasn’t even melted on it.. The unsweetened tea was very good. How disappointing for the money that you spend.

Wow!!! Rodolfo made my experience a 10/10. I wasn’t in the mood for chick fil a but he said that on his word of honor that he believes that he could make it worth it and by golly was he right. Never ever have I met someone that goes beyond even after enjoying my meal he told me he could help me change my tire. I hope that everyone can strive to be like him. The world needs more Rodolfo’s!!!

Went to buy my child a kids meal they gave me a kids meal with a box of nuggets and a box of fries no toy no cookie nothing! Went inside to see if they could maybe give him a cookie the manager lady refused to give him a cookie. Just got my refund and left. I though this place was supposed to be “one of the best”
