Just had such a good experience at this particular location. Niche issue here but I’m gluten free yet not concerned with cross-contamination, yet the location was willing to make my sandwich for me! I’ve been denied this in the past but I really appreciated it. Also the peach frosted lemonade was amazing!

Despite this being a brand new location with all new employees, wait times are low and the food comes out perfect! I’ve already come by several times. FYI: The do have a mobile ONLY drive thru line and a traditional line. As an app user, this is a really fast and convenient option, but you do have to watch out for the signs and make sure to get in the correct lane.

Excellent service, I didn’t even have to get up out of my chair because Nancy got everything for me! Jodi was very nice as well and stopped to talk to my daughter and I to make sure we were having a good time. We both love coming here!

I placed an order through the app on Christmas Eve at 5:19p.m. The app allowed the order to the Van Buren store and their mobile thru was open and lights were on. We waited for about 12 minutes or so and I could see people running to the back office as your direct line of sight from the drive thru door shows you this area. Finally someone came out to tell us they were closed and had been since 4:00p.m and that they were aware there was a problem and had contacted their manager and we would receive a refund. After they had been back open for 3 days after Christmas I tried to contact the store via telephone. I reached the customer care center who told me I had to contact the store but they would escalate my issue to the store for me. I had to contact the care center twice. I finally received and email from someone giving me 1 free meal on my app. This was not sufficient as I had ordered two full meals and was charged for them. I reached out a third time and got an actual person at the store who proceeded to tell me I had to go through customer care. I’m fed up with ting around the rosy and “I’m sorry but that’s someone else’s problem to handle”
This is an error by the Chick Fil A app for not registering that the site was closed and also very poor customer service by not only the store but also chick fil a as a whole

I did finally receive my refund and also a reward in my app
It took longer to receive as there was trouble finding my order
Please note that with Chick Fil A you have to go through the actual store that you ordered from for all issues
The care center can do nothing since each chick fil a is individually owned

I went to get breakfast this morning and I went through the Mobil thru and they forgot my sandwich and I had to pull to the door to pick it up and as I get home this is the sandwich I unwrap I love chick fil a but this is unacceptable

Stopped in to get my usual breakfast on my way back home from visiting my best friend. Went inside to place an order and had the pleasure of being served by Jodi. She was so sweet our whole interaction and made sure I got everything I needed. As well as making sure I got my points from my purchase. In house was nice clean and efficient, however our drive through experience was missing 2 biscuits partially my fault for not checking the bag. FYI I did contacted chick-fil-A regarding the missing items and they were going to email me 2 coupons to replace the 2 biscuits, but that never came either (I did check my spam). The food still tastes amazing, but check your bag before your leave drive-thru because you do not get the replacement coupons either in Van Buren.
