We live in NWA and only came to this location after visiting family in the hospital. It’s very apparent that this location doesn’t change their fryer oil like they’re supposed to. The taste of the chicken and fries was so diluted by the taste of the old oil.
We also witnessed an older man make jokes to a young girl who was just trying to order a salad. It was all a bit over the top. We visit Chick-fil-A because of the hospitality and quality of food. They’ve got some work to do at this location.

I live in NWA, but come to Fort Smith once a month. I have been to this location twice. The first time I ordered a wrap and it had so much cheese in it and barely any chicken. The person that brought the food was also kinda rude. I tried again yesterday, and waited like 30 mins for curbside. I finally yelled for one of the workers and she asked to see my order. My screen had already cleared out because it had been so long. I showed her my email and she said they must have given it to another person. She went to get my order again. No offer of a coupon was really disappointing. I thought I was being really patient and she didn’t seem to care. Pretty sure I’m not going for a 3rd try.

Came through and ordered a plain chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, I received a chicken sandwich with Colby Jack, no biggie. I call the store and tell them what happened, swing back by to pick up my correct order, receive a spicy chicken sandwich with pickles and Colby jack cheese. Sandwich was still amazing. Everyone was kind but lacking in other departments.

I placed a mobile order for drive-through pick up arrived and seven cars in the other lane were taken care of before I was I was never served. While sitting in the line waiting to be helped no other cars were in the other drive-through line. Another car pulled up. They serve that car still had not acknowledged my presence. The worst customer service I have ever received from a Chick-fil-A. I will not return to this Chick-fil-A.

I had an amazing experience here dining in. The workers were extremely nice AND ACCOMMODATING! Everyone was genuine and happy to be serving the guests. It was a joy and treat to slow down and eat here with my baby. She was too young for the play area but she got a new book with her kids meal and was very pleased. (You have to request a book for a child under 3) Thank you Chick fil a staff.
