This Chick Fil A location is in the middle of a lot of other restaurants (like Pei Wei, Smitty’s, and Chuys). It is a fantastic location for a quick pickup of food.
Early 2025 is when they added the mobile-thru line, sometimes it is slower and sometimes I get my food quickly. I have never waited more than 8 minutes for my food. I have also never gotten an order wrong like some of the other reviews here.
Can’t talk about the experience inside the restaurant, but the parking lot is smaller so you may have to park in the Chuy’s parking lot for overfill parking.

The best waffle fries of any local restaurant! Chicken strips were perfectly prepared and the host was polite and had a sense of humor! Did I mention the sweet tea was perfect? Mmmm-good!

I’ve been here a few times and the food is always great! Today I was driving past and my nephew got a bad nosebleed. I pulled in and, after running up to the store, very quickly asked if they could give me napkins because I didn’t know what else to do. The employees immediately handed me a TON of napkins, no questions asked. I was back to the car before my husband could even park. 10/10 excellent service and awesome people. I was really grateful.

Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. This is always a poorly run location but this experience made me want to leave a review. I knew it was an exceptionally bad night when the mobile line was 20 cars deep and wasn’t moving at all. I felt lucky to be in the drive-thru! Got the food for my family and brought it home. We were short an entree, given the wrong size fries & no straws for our three drinks. I called the Pleasant Grove location on accident and they were immediately trying to help. Once I was contacted this location they let me know I could come back to replace the item or come back another time for the entree. Fine, I guess, but I’m ordering takeout for a reason. I told them I’d prefer a refund. They had to check with their director to see if it was possible. After a several minute wait, I was told they could not issue a refund but if I’d like to leave my name and number for an EXECUTIVE director to give me a call I could do that. Seems like a lot of hoops to jump through to rectify a simple issue so I let them know I would rather leave this review. They invited me to do so. This is not your normal CFA, set your expectations properly.

However, my experience turned into a frustrating ordeal that left me questioning their efficiency. First off, I waited a staggering **30 minutes** in the drive-thru line for a salad. Yes, you read that right—30 minutes! While I sat there, I watched as countless cars that arrived after me received their orders and drove away, leaving me bewildered and hungry. To make matters worse, I was unexpectedly moved to the **”mobile thru line,”** even though I was in the regular drive-thru. This change felt arbitrary and added to my confusion. I couldn’t help but wonder if this was a tactic to manage the line or simply a lack of organization. As I sat there, the frustration grew. It was clear that the staff was overwhelmed or perhaps not properly trained for the rush, but that doesn’t excuse the poor service. I have always been a fan of Chick-fil-A’s food, but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth—quite literally, since my salad was still nowhere in sight! Overall, if you’re in the mood for a quick meal, I recommend steering clear of the drive-thru at this location. It seems that the emphasis on customer service has taken a backseat to inefficiency. I hope the management addresses these issues soon because waiting 30 minutes for a salad is simply unacceptable!

First time to visit Chick Fillet, I have always heard good things about it. Waited in the drive through line and gave my order to the attendant. Simple order (sandwich & ice coffee) – they got it wrong. Drove back around, attendant gave me attitude but his boss fixed it. Lesson learned

Best Chick-fil-A around! What would make it even better would be to make the food in the order of the QR codes being scanned in the mobile thru so that you don’t receive your food before the three other people in front of you. It’s always the same and admittedly pretty frustrating, especially if you are planning to eat at home and not in your car. I think I’m done using the mobile thru feature.

Half ice and a quarter of the actual drink. I ran out of my drink before I could even finish my sandwich, which also came without lettuce and tomato. Which I thought was a given when ordering a sandwich but apparently you still have to ask for that on your sandwich that already costs 10$. Its funny because I told the girl no pickles and she got that right but she couldn’t get the fact that I may have wanted tomato and lettuce.

Who knew Chick-fil-A had a delicious vegetarian meal? They do! The Southwest Veggie wrap has corn, beans, peppers, tomatoes, and greens and is quite filling. Top it off with Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing or Creamy Salsa – yum! Very delighted this is on the menu. This particular Chick-fil-A in Rogers, Arkansas was tastefully decorated and has a gorgeous handcrafted table with an even more beautiful story behind it. The staff was courteous and kind. Thank you, Rogers Chick-fil-A, for providing a fun, clean, and delicious lunchtime!
