The drive-thru is a trap.
You can get your food and still have to wait 10 minutes in line cause someone ahead of you is waiting to pick up their 4 catering trays worth of nuggets and sandwhiches.

No issues at all except for the way the drive thru lines are set up. They are very tight. My sensors continuously go off making the turn to get to the window. That’s doable. However, they never move anyone into a waiting spot if their food isn’t ready yet and the people behind them have received theirs. There have been a few times where the person in front of me did not have their food and I had mine but I still had to sit there and wait. I was on my lunch break once and sat there waiting for a few minutes while I already had my food. I asked one of the girls if they could move the person up so I could get out because I was on my lunch break and she looked all confused. She went back and said something to her coworkers and they then looked confused. No one said anything to me or moved the car in front. There should be a protocol in place for this. There was at the chik fil where I’m from.

There was a bug in my salad. Here it is pictured coated in avocado lime ranch. 1/1/26 at about 11am. Super disappointing that there’s not proper washing of the salad for the price. Gross.

Always happy with Chick-fil-a ! I don’t think I’ve ever been dissatisfied with them. The crew is happy and helpful. They always serve you with a smile and a thank you. And their food is always great. So anything you order is a good choice.

Always fast, friendly and get your order right 99.8% of the time which is rare for fast food. Hate that the line goes out and blocks traffic and also hate the new awning where you pick up food because if you’re brought your food before the cars in front of you you’re stuck in line until they get their still.

I don’t give many fives. I’d like to give them a 4.6 . Nah I’m gonna go ahead and give them a five. The place is always fast , the kids are always polite -pretty rare that my order ever gets messed up. They run that drive-through right.
I am giving this mostly because they have gluten-free chicken nuggets. Well they’re like grilled naked nuggets. But I never get sick when I eat them which is a giant plus for me.
I’m not celiac but I am gluten intolerant. So far I have tolerated these.
And I like their kale salad. I just like the fact that they have a vegetable so many places don’t have green vegetables especially a fast food place. I wish every fast food place had a healthy green option.
Close-up of that grilled char chicken . Not too dry for me either which is rare at most places. I’ll probably shouldn’t eat it but I like the Polynesian sauce. I love the Chick-fil-A sauce but I need to avoid it for now.

Seems recently the quality of the chicken patties has gone down they are tough and very chewy at times. Also no matter how well they do they get a poor rating because they have done so little to reduce the negative impact their business has on the city. The company could buy another one close and they would both still be packed. Also, on the non customer side their deliveries are always prepared quickly and it’s smooth…. In the afternoon and at night but the earlier you are in there the worse it is. Morning shifts frequently looks lost and moves at half the speed of other team members. Ok rant over food for thought!!

This particular location is horrible. Not necessarily due to the staff, but the location. If you are ordering breakfast through the app, make sure you are able to scan the QR code before 10:30 am or they will cancel your order. Also take into account that the line ropes out into the road when they are busy (which is everyday) so if you are thinking you will be able to get there on time, add an additional 15 minutes for the line. This is post getting our order canceled after waiting 15 minutes in line. Hope your experience is better than ours.

The lines can be long, but the service is efficient and moves quickly. The spicy sandwich stands out with its perfect seasoning and flavor. The mac and cheese is consistently creamy and fresh. For a lighter option, the grilled nuggets and sandwich are incredibly juicy and delicious. And the sweet tea? It’s the best!
