Hey there Chick fil a. Just want to start this off by saying in no way am i mad or disappointed . I’m not a Karen. The sandwich and waffle fries were just the best but the one part that wasn’t the best is the drink. It seems like you changed the flavor out but never checked if it comes out at the fountain. I ordered a sprite so its understandable that you aren’t sure if the flavor syrup made it to the fountain. Just test it after you change it out. Otherewise its a really nice place. The older gentleman that took my order was super friendly and kind. GIVE HIM A RAISE!! I’m joking. But thanks. It was good

It took quite a while to get my food. Our time in the drive-through even though they weren’t busy. Once I got my food, they forgotten two entrées we order. I went inside afterwards to get it. It appeared. They were just hanging out and being pretty nonchalant, just why I think they forgot. Once we got on the road again, we looked in our bag and realized they never gave us any silverware for our salad. It seems as though the employees were very attentive, not worried about their service since Chick-fil-A service in this place was an outlier.

Sadly, just a quick stop and truly disappointed all around.
The service was McDs level, with a speed of “we don’t care” from everyone there. There is a lot of standing around. From the time of order to receiving, it was over 14 minutes.
Not a real Chick-fil-A feeling or quality of a place.
Pass it by unless they get better.

Being in restaurant business this team needs a refresh on service.
1.) One register open with long line
2.) Waited over 10 minutes for cold fries and lukewarm sandwich
3.) When waiting for a refill at least 3 people looked me in the eyes and didn’t say anything while others just kept on doing their task (cup in hand with lid off).
Customer service is suppose to be great experience and acknowledging during wait time. And lastly if you’re going look at someone’s face at least smile or speak.

The man taking our order wouldn’t come all the way to our window so he couldn’t hear me give my order. I had to keep repeating myself and then he got the order wrong. They made it right but it was frustrating. Chick-fil-A is normally awesome service so we will keep going.

Girl taking orders in the drive thru was impatient and rude, trying to hurry us along while we were trying to make sure she understood our order. She got the order wrong and then added a drink we didn’t ask for. We just ignored the extra drink and paid for it anyway. Then when I went inside to fix my sandwich to a deluxe (like I was trying to ask for in the first place), the girl inside tried to charge me for lettuce and tomato. I didn’t even bring my wallet inside because I shouldn’t expect them to charge for lettuce and tomato when it was their screw up in the first place. Won’t ever visit this location again!

This particular Chick-fil-A in West Memphis was very busy at 12:30 PM on Tuesday. Nonetheless, the lines flowed smoothly, the Store was adequately staffed, the food was hot, fresh and served with a smile and a thank you. Everything was delicious.

Stopped at this restaurant on a drive home from Memphis and it was ok. It was breakfast time and it did not look too busy but it took a while for food to come out. I ordered via the app and other locations seem to get it out more quickly than this one did. The food was good and the service was good but based on the wait time, it was rather disappointing.

Usually I enjoy my visit to Chick-fil-A, but this visit left me quite surprised.
The service was great, just what I have come to expect. However, the food was not. I ordered the chicken minis and a spicy chicken biscuit. The chicken on the minis was cold and so very small. I was completely shocked at what they served to me that day.
The biscuit sandwich wasn’t much better. The meat was not hot, nor did the biscuit seem to have been cooked completely.
This is definitely an experience I won’t soon forget.
