I haven’t had Chick-fil-A in years due to the long lines that usually wrap around the building more than twice. Today was the first time I have seen not 1 car in the drive through so I jumped on the opportunity to grab a Cobb salad I remember having last time I was there and my husband who has never had Chick-fil-A got the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich who is also a vegetarian, but we definitely chose to be carnivores and has no regrets! The food was up to par and did not disappoint! Plus getting through the drive through and receiving our food in under 3 mins total was a plus! Highly recommend this location!

Ryan was incredible. We were only there for a carry out order but he made sure we got our food and got our drinks himself when he realized they had been forgotten. Seamless and caring. Great experience!

The office I work at used to order food all the time! the web page was so easy! You guys have taken something so easy to use and made it absolutely unbearable. One person picks up lunch for our office and you cannot do it on the website any longer. the app is also garbage for having many orders picked up by one person. you took perfectly functioning technology and replaced it with a dumpster fire! LAME!

I ordered the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal. There was a bun, chicken, and 2 tiny pickle slices.
I am not sure what is supposed to be deluxe about that.
The picture definitely showed lettuce and tomatoes, but they don’t put it on your sandwich.

I have been to this location for delivery pick-ups quite a bit lately. The order hasn’t been ready a single time. I have only been greeted ONE TIME! The staff talks constantly amongst themselves. I literally try to watch everything they put in the bag because they are so completely distracted. Other delivery drivers are experiencing the same thing at this location. We’re about to the point of not accepting deliveries from here anymore. Please do better!!!

Oh Chick-fil-A, words can’t describe just how disappointed I am. ☹️ Chick-fil-A was my favorite fast food restaurant, after years of going, and ordering the same thing, I’ve never gotten my order wrong. Today I went. I got off of my 8 hour night shift to get myself a Spicy Chicken sandwich no pickles ADD PEPPER JACK CHEESE. The sweat and tears I cried would all feel worth it as long as I got my chicken sandwich. When I opened my order, I was already 10 away from the restaurant (I live 20 minutes away). My hands shook with excitement as I slowly took a bite. Something was wrong- there was no pepper Jack cheese. To say I was disappointed is a sheer understatement. will I come back? I’ll see.

Service was great as always! Food was ok, chicken sandwich had burnt bun. Floors and tables were filthy. Food and wrappers on the floor and tables had food and spills to the point that it was difficult to find a clean table to sit and eat.

Their breakfast burritos are absolutely unmatched. I also get the parfait as a side and it’s supper yummy too!! May be a little more expensive than some other places, but the breakfast burrito meal is so filling. I think whats so good about the burrito is probably the eggs being so moist (and obviously the other ingredients are scrumptious too, but the eggs are a huge make or break) 11/10, hubby also really liked the English muffins!!!

I looked forward to a pretzel cheddar sandwich all day. Finally ordered it for dinner, and got home to find a nasty grilled chicken club sandwich. Chick-fil-A, I am both disappointed and heartbroken. 🙁
